Salad & Juice Bar — Restaurant in New York

Terrible customer service. Hopefully, ownership sees this and can fix it before it's too late. Visited this place in the am. Asked for a smoothie drink with protein. The clerk right away was very impatient and with an attitude. I know that many of these places use different types of powdered protein. Some use protein powders for high calorie weight gain. I asked the service rep how many sugars his protein has. He says he can't answer that. I asked if he could check the nutritional label of the protein container. He refused to see it or even to show it to me. I asked why, and he said that's not something they do at this establishment. I told em thank you, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Worse customers service ever. The male employee or whatever he is, super ruled and unprofessional. Slow service and nasty attitude. I was excited to get a smoothie and food. I left after I saw how ruled he was to a customer. I walked out and as I was walking out he screamed in “oh they can’t wait, that’s their problem”. If you are the owner reading this, trained your employees better, 3 people behind the counter and no one acknowledged the 2 people including me, walked out without getting food, because of how...
