Salvatore's NY Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Ordered: 2 ricotta and mozzarella cheese calzones with sauce on the side.. 2 orders of garlic knots Coconut cake

Something is wrong with the ricotta cheese .. its watery and tastes funny.. I'm part Sicilian & Southern Italian.. I make my own calzones even .. ricotta cheese is not watery .. also there was no mozzarella cheese .. CALZONES ARE MADE WITH RICOTTA CHEESE AND MOZZARELLA!!! .. the sauce was STRAIGHT oily and burnt .. I ALSO MAKE MY OWN SAUCE AN ITALIAN RECIPE PASS DOWN THRU THE GENERATIONS! ITS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE OILY AND BURNT!!! The garlic knots some of the tops were burnt not throughly but more than golden brown.. now I am afraid to even eat the cake ordered now...

Over $20 wasted because can't even eat the food between the taste & possibility that something wrong with the ricotta ... smh.. I will include...

Omg soo I ordered on Uber by accident one night and I was so upset because I was craving a certain pizza but when this pizza arrived ….. I was blown away at the quality, this was like nostalgia in my mouth -old-school Brooklyn Italian style delicious real pizza I’m from Brooklyn so the Bronx has never really had a good pizza to me this pizza is it! We’re talking a crispy crust not too thin not too thick perfect sauce cheese ratio I had specialty slices regular slice margarita slice spinach slice bacon a slice Hawaiian slice barbecue chicken pizza slice they were all so good so happy this will be my new pizza place until they change...
