We were lucky enough to be staying next door to this GEM! We were in NYC for 10 days and enjoyed this place DAILY - sometimes more than once. The service is 10 out of 10. The food - I don't even know where to begin. Due to an ugly work schedule we were there the moment they opened (6am) and breakfast was prepared in a flash. Everything was completely fresh and homemade. Bacon - made fresh, Eggs - made to order, Pancakes - fresh. Nothing was made in advance and reheated. The bagels were huge and exactly as you would expect a perfect New York bagel to be. The salads were insane. You pick the lettuce and they mix the ingredients and dressing thru for you - so every single forkful has a lil bit of everything on it. INCREDIBLE. Not only did they have breakfast but tons of made to order sandwiches AND macaroni dishes. Too many to count actually. Full juices/smoothies with fresh fruit and veggies. I did not get the coffee or any sweet treats BUT should have so I could comment (lol). I worked with people who were staying at the same hotel and they had never been. If you are wondering about this place - STOP IN. You will NOT be disappointed!!!!! Seating @ ground level is limited BUT they have a full upstairs with more seating. Bathrooms were also - for NYC - very clean. We were disappointed, after 10 days, to be back home where I tried to recreate their DELICIOUS food. lol 100 out of 10 would recommend. Thank you Sandwicherie of NY - you made our lives SO...

On my lunch break, I stumbled upon one of the most exquisite Manhattan delis Downtown. Sandwicherie happens to be located near Grand Central Station, and if you have a taste for Artisan Foods, stop by to grab a bite. I ordered Artisan Sandwich #8: Roast Beef - a delicious and meaty delicacy. In addition to the displays of food in the store, the customer service was excellent. The lady at the counter has a very nice smile and the food handler guided my options to prepare my order. With the professional service, I may come back to order one of their breakfast menus, which can only be served in the morning. One of the breakfast choices is the Banana Walnut pancake stack. This sounds delicious. Feel free to enjoy the Artisan food and the wide variety of breakfast choices here on...

I am unwilling to comment about the food or the atmosphere because I am extremely disappointed in the way they choose to treat their customers. Apparently there was a glitch in their computer system (not mine) which caused ONE almost $200 order that I placed to be TRIPLICATED! I received no email confirmation of these orders and I was charged over $600 for three orders! Of course since I received no notification, I was unaware that these charges were incurred until I received my credit card statement! They refuse to provide me confirmation of these orders stating that the receiver accepted the food and therefore I should be responsible for it! I am in another state and was unable to see what was delivered so how was I to know! BBB is next! This is...

The food is quite good and the portions are plenty - or maybe I'm just not used to eating this much in the morning . In fact, I don't eat breakfast at home; I finally did while here for a few days visit, the first morning after the night of checking in at West Gate. I got the French toast with banana and some nuts on it (option F or G, can't remember exactly). It smelled so good! I also got the Spanish Scramble. The chorizo on that thing is spicy. I loved it! Not what I'd normally have too early in the morning. I also got a couple of caramel cappuccinos. Altogether, I spent about $54. I can't remember if I tipped or not.

Great Array of food and beverage options on the healthier and tasty side of choices. My only complaint was the lack of accommodation for Vegan substitutions to the smoothies or any sandwiches. Which was explained for the sandwiches as they're pre-made so they can simply remove the ingredient but not be made fresh. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming. Indoor and Outdoor dining spaces are well laid out. Would definitely recommend or visit again for a more relaxed Dine to experience more of the menu. The Caprese Sandwich I had was AMAZING.
