Foot Locker — Local services in New York

I normally come to this store to buy my kicks but yesterday I made the decision to never walk in that store again. The skinny, light brown assistant manager with the very short ponytail in the back is EXTREMELY RUDE !!! I walked in the store with atleast 5 bags from a previous footlocker & was still looking to come here and shop. From the time I walked in she never spoke to me. I got a blank stare and she even looked at my cousin and didn't speak to her either. I wish I caught this girl name but she was so nasty, I actually just avoided her. In all seriousness, she never once asked us if we needed help & we were there for atleast 30 minutes shopping but I promise you she asked all the yt people if they needed help ! She even went as far as talking junk over the walkie talkie about us and the only reason I heard it is because the associate helping me (older guy is glasses who actually should be a manager because he clearly was doing everything & I mean EVERYTHING) didn't have his earpiece in so the disrespect came through clear as day. I ended up buying my air max only because I traveled from Queens to get them but if it wasn't for that, I sure would've kept my money or took my money to Foot Locker in...

I bought and picked up a shoe yesterday. My boyfriend didnt like it so I requested for store credit so I can buy another shoe in the future… I didnt want a refund cause I preferred to spend the money there. Once I requested the credit three people said no, one guy (long hair) went to my boyfriend and said if he was not trying more shoes he (my boyfriend) needed to put them back where he grabbed them from. The manager grabbed the shoes I purchased and throw them in the back (box included) like if they were trash. I was absolutely shocked by the lack of common sense in those people. AWFUL. Worst staff. Robert if to be specific. I was taking 2 pairs of socks to get 50% discount. He 1) didn’t put my points on my account , event haven’t asked if I want them. 2) Forgot to give me second pair of socks and haven’t put them in the bag neither counted on bill. I returned next day, to see if I can still get the discount - they answered that’s not their fault and they won’t do nothing about it. Pay attention what they count and what they put in your bag if you don’t want to be deceived. Staff, do your work accordingly...
