I normally come to this store to buy my kicks but yesterday I made the decision to never walk in that store again. The skinny, light brown assistant manager with the very short ponytail in the back is EXTREMELY RUDE !!! I walked in the store with atleast 5 bags from a previous footlocker & was still looking to come here and shop. From the time I walked in she never spoke to me. I got a blank stare and she even looked at my cousin and didn't speak to her either. I wish I caught this girl name but she was so nasty, I actually just avoided her. In all seriousness, she never once asked us if we needed help & we were there for atleast 30 minutes shopping but I promise you she asked all the yt people if they needed help ! She even went as far as talking junk over the walkie talkie about us and the only reason I heard it is because the associate helping me (older guy is glasses who actually should be a manager because he clearly was doing everything & I mean EVERYTHING) didn't have his earpiece in so the disrespect came through clear as day. Once I requested the credit three people said no, one guy (long hair) went to my boyfriend and said if he was not trying more shoes he (my boyfriend) needed to put them back where he grabbed them from. He 1) didnāt put my points on my account , event havenāt asked if I want them. 2) Forgot to give me second pair of socks and havenāt put them in the bag neither counted on bill. I returned next day, to see if I can still get the discount - they answered thatās not their fault and they wonāt do nothing about it.
