Okay, we’ll I stopped by this location earlier this afternoon (9/10/22) and let me share my experience: Pros- the staff on the floor in the areas of beauty and hygiene essential (first floor areas) were so helpful and nice. I was able to get majority of the items I needed with their help… Now the cons: the store looked a bit disorganized and it’s was fairly around 1pm. The shelves were pretty empty for a Saturday but there was also a lot of people shopping so I can’t fault the staff for that. That wasn’t really my issue or concern. The biggest problem for me is when I self checked out. I forgot how to access my scan code and the sales associate (his initials were JC) and he was so rude to me. Maybe he was just having an overwhelming day. He looked at me as if I’m bothering him to ask him or if I asked him an inappropriate request. All I wanted was his assistance to remind me where the barcode was for the target app because I usually just order my items online. He was standing in that self check out area to assist customers if I’m not mistaken so when he gave me such a nasty look I was going to leave all of the stuff right at the register but I needed the items today so I just overlooked his nasty attitude and proceeded to check out. Also, on the way out the security guard at the top of the stairs ups was having the most inappropriate conversation on the phone (it looked like a work phone so I’m not sure if it was personal or with the workers downstairs.) All I know is that it was inappropriate and very loud. I truly have no desire to visit this location again because it was not a pleasant experience at all. I was so shocked because 86th street is such a prestigious area. Many of us (New Yorker’s) from all over the city come to shop on 86th and Lexington because the customer service and experience is usually very good and welcoming. I also use my online presence to highlight areas like 86th street in my blogs/blogs so to be treated so rudely I’m disappointed. The trash can by the shopping carts was filled to the top with snd disgustingly spilling out of the top. It was an “off” experience and hopefully next time it...

I went to target yesterday in the Bronx and I needed a price adjustment due to the fact I was over charged. So I figured why not go to my local target. I came across a target worker name RAPHAEL OR RAFAEL . I asked regarding a price adjustment and he says to me with a Rude tone “we don’t do that here” and I said “ I believe I can because I have done this before unless anything changed like the policy” he responded “ WELL I CANT HELP YOU, YOU NEED TO FIND A MANAGER” Very nasty tone I was surprised I mean why couldn’t he ask someone instead of yelling at me. I came across the manager who saw me shocked and a target customer saw me as well and both asked if I was alright . I said to I don’t know why he yelled at me I just asked a question and he yells and tells me to get a manger , the manager says I am the manager let me help you? I wish had the Manager name she was very helpful and helped me with the price adjustment . I HOPE she took care of that Worker of hers.WE all have bad days but that’s not the right way to treat someone what if roles were reversed . SO please becareful with...

All target stores racially profile ethnic customers. I even asked an African American manager if she knew that a Caucasian woman was opening up (and using) products on the shelves while they were spying on me, and she had the gall to tell me, "I know. " That is why 98% of the time, I order my items online for pick up, but even then, security still watches you as though you stole something, even though they just watched you pick it up with the email and barcode. Target corporate knows all of this. It's their policies that the majority of their employees are enacting. The remaining handful of employees are just racist- as their culture teaches them to be. I urge everyone to just order online and pick it up. It helps to quell any overwhelming feelings of embarrassment or discomfort. And, honestly, I think Target prefers it that way. They don't like ethnic people. They just...

I visited this store at the beginning of the month. It is located where the old Barnes & Noble store was located. This location is accessible as there are escalators and elevators. There is even an escalator for the carts so you don’t have to wait for the elevators if you don’t want to. This is one of the larger locations as they have clothing for men, women, children, and babies), household items, food items, CVS Pharmacy, etc. There is a self-check out area that you can also pay cash with and a regular check out with employees and registers. This location is accessible via public transportation. I will be returning to this location.

I visited the Target on E. 86th. I thought the layout was kinda different. The clothes and food are at the bottom level. While the cosmetics, candy, housewares on the upper level. This place took over the Barnes and Noble that was previously at this site. I liked the prices so far and was able to find everything I needed. I will definitely return to this Target. We needed a Target in this neighborhood and im glad to see them here. This Target is located at 150 East 86th Street New York City 10028
