The worst Starbucks store I've ever entered: the customer service sucks. Approximately two weeks ago I went there to purchase venti frap and after standing on CRUTCHES in line for 20 minutes as they had only 1 cashier, I've been completely ignored by afro-american cashier with long dreadlocks. When my turn came to place an order the cashier, ignoring my presence, called for the customer who was in line behind me. I waited patiently for him to take an order of customer, but when cashier start calling out for a second customer who also was standing behind me, I was like "excuse me, I'm still waiting for my turn to place an order". The cashier, perfectly seeing me on crutches responded:"I thought you're just hanging out here". What the hell? Clearly person in my state of health will not stand near cashier just for fun. No excuses came from the cashier whatsoever. Ok, since it's only Starbucks in my neighborhood, I said nothing. Today I went to Starbucks again to grab vt very berry hibiscus. While I was standing in line I've decided to purchase mug as well. When it came to my order I asked for extra scoop of strawberries. Guess what? After 15 minutes of waiting I'm getting drink without ANY berries in it. I told to asian barista that it's not what I ordered and after him reading instructions on the cup he finally added HALF of the scoop of strawberries. When I pointed out that I want blackberries as well, that comes with drink by default, barista said there were no instructions for that. I:"why won't you go to cashier and ask her what exactly I paid for?". Instead, barista showed me an attitude: "whatever". Surely I lost my patience and asked cashier to refund my money. Cashier called store manager named Johnson who told me that they can't refund my money, instead he gave a store credit card. When I clearly stated to him that I do not need a store credit for $30 as I'm not going to purchase anything from the company that isn't capable to provide a decent customer service, the store manager named Johnson stated that it's my own problem. As long as I live I naively believed that returns are guaranteed by law, but it seems Mr Johnson doesn't agree with it. Surely, after speaking with Starbucks rep over the phone they issued a refund. But from now on I'll stay away from the company that is mistreating people, especially those who...
Read moreIâm about to go full Karen this Starbucks review. Caution. I order from this Starbucks literally everyday on the mobile app. Today (and several other times) I went in store to buy my drink because I forgot to submit on mobile. I ordered two drinks and one was ready in 5 minutes. I waited another 5 minutes and very KINDLY and timidly asked about my other drink. She said one was cold bar and one was hot so it takes a little longer. I said thank you and I understand. Another five minutes goes by and I finally Watched the girl pump my brown sugar(itâs 11 half pumps so I know when she started it), then proceed to make four other drinks right in front of me. Also helping another customer that walked up before me that asked about her drink(she wasnât rude to her like she is me). Then started doing something else for someone else that walked up and gabbing for forever . From the time she pumped the brown sugar to the time she finally went back to the machine and poured the espresso was 7 minutes(which was not three shots, it was literally provably 1 by the look of the drink ) . Itâs like she was intentionally not making my drink. Then I saw it, and knew it wasnât right but didnât want to say anything bc she was intimidating and I didnât feel like waiting another 20 minutes. I know what my drink looks like bc I order it all the time. So I know itâs wrong by looking at it. Anyway, she hands it to me and doesnât say anything just has a sour expression on her face. Doesnât say thank you, doesnât say sorry disregarding your presence and taking 20 minutes to make your drink. And this isnât the first time. Every time Iâve gone in this Starbucks theyâre all very moody and rude and slow. Do better and stop treating your customers like garbage, especially one that spends probably $5000 a year at your store. This review took me 15 minutes to write, so I hope yall read it and it wastes as much time in your day as you did in mine....
Read moreSeriously how long does it take to make one drink? In this place you can expect to wait 10 minutes or more. If you order a cold drink, expect to wait longer than that. This place does not adhere to the popular credo "first come, first serve". According to the person bagging the pick up orders there are two stations (hot and cold) and apparently a majority of the baristas (at least according to what I've observed) are handling the hot beverages and only when I had requested what was holding up my order, did I see a barista hustling to make my drink (which they got wrong the first time). I witnessed approx 3 customers who came in after me get served before me (with hot drinks and food in hand). The excuse that there are two stations (which only one is primarily manned) is a poor excuse for service. It implies having people working at separate stations which doesn't appear to be the case. Some people, like myself, are pressed for free time and can't afford to waste much of it waiting for one drink to be made. I scoff at the flimsy excuse and at the audacity that these servers have at putting out tip cups for poor service and can understand why it stood nearly empty, with the possible exception of a worker starting the tip collection by placing some of their own funds in. I can't imagine that with this type of work structure and keeping many patrons waiting unnessarily longer than others that they receive very many tips by their customers. Stick with the old ways. Handle drinks in the order that they come in and perhaps then you can attain better efficiency in the workplace and happier patrons. There should be no reason why baristas are selecting cups out of order unless they haven't learned how to make certain drinks. Something...
