Stocked Cafe + Burgers — Restaurant in New York

Turned away with my service animal. Told I had to take my food to go and that they would wave at me to come inside when it was ready being prepared. On a 20 degree with windchill of 5 degree day no less. I told them to forget it and that this was the most disgusting experience I've ever had with a restaurant and explained to them the rules of the NYC health dept regarding service dogs. They actually argued with me in front of the restaurant saying that this was not true. So here it is for your enlightenment. A formal complaint has already been filed. This is a serious offense and I'm shocked there are restaurants who still do not know how to operate in these situations.

Just ok. Got mac and cheese and truffle tater tots. Ordered thru Uber. Gotta be honest, the Mac-n-cheese tasted vegan. It was gritty, grainy and heavy. Even heated up, the cheese didn't become chewy and pully. It was missing something, but very oily at the same time. It was like eating salt and cheese flavored flour?

The tater tots were deliciously crispy, salty goodness with a soft inside. Unfortunately not one person in my office (including myself) thought they tasted like truffle at all. They have a slight aroma of truffle when in the bag, but it's as if someone slightly sprayed the bottom of the container they come in and not the tots. They're tasty tots though, that just don't taste like what they're advertised as. Also,this is the second time I've tried them.

Don’t walk…run here now! When I arrived the savory aroma hugged my soul. I came for vegetable soup and they only had carrot coconut and ginger, which usually I’m not into but was open to trying. It was DELICIOUS. Ever since I came here I’ve been wanting to come back. For the soup I only had a small and it was so decadent that it was enough. I also got a Bacon me crazy burger (which the guy said bacon was the smell) and even after sitting in my bag for a while it was still delicious and I ate the whole thing.
