Taqueria Guerrero — Restaurant in New York

Never, ever in my entire life have I been so disgusted. I went to Taqueria Guerrero and ordered steak nachos. I’ve ordered here before and thought it was good enough to order again, so thats what I did. The nachos comes with a side of green sauce and in that sauce, I found a bandaid. I couldn’t believe it! Whenever I see posts where people complain about finding a thumb or a dead mouse in their food, I always thought it was nonsense, until it happened to me. This is the worst thing ever. I could understand a hair, a piece of napkin or a piece of plastic or foil, but a bandaid???? There’s so many diseases one could be exposed to just off the blood of someone else! Anyways, I called them, and I tried to explain over the phone what I had found—not to get a refund—not to get a comped meal—but to tell them the dangers of what may or may not be in their food. The first time I called, the girl who answered could not understand me. I hung up in frustration. The second time I asked for someone who spoke English or one who could communicate with me, they placed me on hold for ten minutes and then hung up on me. Eaters, beware!! I don't recommend -1000/10 would eat somewhere else tbh I went to eat there with my family yesterday the service was good nothing to complain about. I ordered soup for my baby cousin (1 yr old) the soup was very salty for him I told the girl there the soup was salty could she give me another one because the baby can't have that much salt she took it back and gave me another soup but this time the soup was even more salty. The baby didn't wanna eat nothing from how bad it was the soup was too watery the food doesn't even got flavor like the flavor disappear looked good smell good but the taste isn't there I order a enchiladas of chicken she warned me it's going be a little spicy was extremely spicy couldn't eat it in place the chicken was salty barley even had chicken in there rice and beans wasn't giving homemade I don't how could someone messed up rice but they did no flavor couldn't complain before they start giving dirty looks. The food was mid for my family liking. The service was bad the waitress barely paid attention to our table. We came to this place with high expectations but left disappointed. The waitress was with her AirPods on, she kept on talking to another customer instead of asking if we needed anything while we were eating. Didn’t offered if we would like another round of drinks or anything. The crazy part is they charge a service fee which is the tip without having any sign that the tip is included we think tip should be based on the waitress service. I hope if they charge a service fee it’s not just for the waitress but for the kitchen as well otherwise she doesn’t feel the need of giving good service because she knows the fee is included already.
