Teakwood isn’t just another Thai restaurant—it’s cuisine as art. Picking from the dinner menu was almost impossible, thanks to standout dishes like Thai Steak Tartare, Turmeric Curry Rice in duck fat, and Grilled Branzino with chili sauce. Every plate felt thoughtfully orchestrated, with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and imagination at every turn. Standby Thai favorites like Pad See Ew and Basil Chicken are also on the menu, alongside very special desserts such as sesame ice cream and pumpkin custard—truly yummy. The staff are super friendly, the music playlist in the background is awesome, and the wine list is excellent, with gems like Oregon Pinot Noir and even Cabernet Franc. We are here to celebrate birthday, the staff is very attentive when we were sitting, asking what was the occasion and we asked for candle on the dessert if possible, even at the end they were not able to fulfill due to we are at the busiest hour at night, we still appreciate their help!

Food is all very tasty and in great quality, we ended getting three complimentary sparkling wine for apologizing not able to put the candle on dessert because they ran out of dessert that night.

This is the second day of their opening, the restaurant was all full/super busy at 7pm, we made reservations for 6:30, I recommend you to get there early to choose the seats if you bring kids with you like we did.

I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai yesterday and was very disappointed with the quality. The dish was overly sweet and, surprisingly, did not contain any chicken. Just a few days earlier, I ordered the same dish and enjoyed it very much, but this time it tasted completely different, as though it had been prepared by a different chef.

When I called to share my concerns, the manager simply responded with, “I apologize.” While I appreciate the acknowledgment, I expected a more thoughtful response and some effort to address the situation.
