"Sub par facial. Very expensive. Very disappointing. This was a Mother’s Day gift from my daughter but they sent me the receipt. Instead I felt awful when I saw the price First of all they put me in the room and then I just waited and waited. The facialist was very late getting to me and she was out of the room more than she was in it. She cleansed my face, she put the mask on,and she took off. The mask covers your eyes and your mouth. So I started to feel a bit vulnerable, cold and uncomfortable. I called out to her and no answer. I found out she wasn’t even in the room so I guess that means no shoulder massage. I've seen my aesthetician—Kierstyn Diaz—twice now. Once for BBL or IPL, I forget which one and the second time for Laser Genesis. My first visit to Tribeca Med Spa was easy to book with no wait time. Kierstyn was amazing. I noticed the difference immediately. Unlike older school IPL treatments that took weeks to notice an improvement and took 5-10 treatments Kierstyn had most of my broken blood vessels gone in 30 minutes. The stubborn ones were gone in less than a week. She listened closely to where my concerns were and went there first making sure to not just even out my skin tone, but even it out where I was most bothered by it. On my second visit we did a half Laser Genesis treatment. The combo was amazing and exactly what she suggested and totally delivered! These kinds of med spas are pretty clinical by design but Kierstyn made the visit personable and friendly. I'm not too shy or overly self-conscious about my trouble spots, but if you are Kierstyn will put you totally at ease. There was 0 pressure to do more treatments as I've seen other reviews mention, but when I asked about injectables Kierstyn made sure I had a consultation on the spot also timely, informative and not at all pushy. I love this spot but I really love Kierstyn's personal touch and attentive manner. I would book her for anything she offers. I can't give her enough props. I...

I used to come here to see Alisha for facial and laser usually in the summer when I break out more, she did an amazing job on my skin and helped me to select the right product for my skin’s concern. However this summer she wasn’t available anymore unfortunately she moved back to her country :( I made an appointment with Alex, and the whole process was a let down. She didn’t seem to welcome me at first. And before the hydro facial, I expressed my concern on breaking out a lot more during summer, and ask her if she can picked a routine for me to follow, she said she would do that after the facial. During the hydro facial, she did not explain what kind of blend of serum she was using, didn’t explain anything at all. And while I asked her how I can get rid of the black head on my nose, she just said this was tricky but she didn’t know. At the end of the facial, I didn’t get any mask to cool down the extraction. She didn’t even try to put on sunscreen on me until I asked for it, and this is 90 degree outside. She didn’t walk me out and helped me to select any product or routines for my concern.
