The Weather Room — Restaurant in New York

I was so excited to see the weather room finally open. At one point it was Don King’s office and now a wonderful cafe to visit for a cappuccino, tea or a snack. They are expected to get their liquor license February 2024 and watch out then you might be able to toast champagne with a New York view like toasting on the Eiffel Tower in Paris. If you are lucky you may have Joseph or Ryne help you. Exceptional recommendations and customer service. I was feeling festive and decided to order peppermint tea. Realizing quickly I wanted to drink it sooner than later I quickly asked for a different temperature of water. Ryne was happy to give me kid temperature and I walked away happy as could be. This is going to be a huge success if they continue to offer a great menu of drinks and employ people who had as great of customer service as these two. I did find that on the snack side they did not have any baked gluten free offerings. I ordered their Pain ou Croissant and was pleasantly surprised—crispy underneath all that rich chocolate and hazelnut goodness. Absolutely indulgent and totally worth it. Paired it with a cold brew supercharged with a shot of espresso—smooth, bold, and exactly what I needed 67 floors up.

With breathtaking skyline views and an elegant yet relaxed vibe, this place is perfect for any occasion—brunch date, solo reset, or just vibing above the city. ✨ Highly recommend!

Terrible experience — not worth it!

After placing my order, I sat down to enjoy the view, but just a few minutes later, a staff member approached and told me I had to leave because they “needed the table.” Seriously? I had just gotten my drink! The manager was even worse—he was going from table to table, checking if people had enough items in front of them, and if not, asking them to leave. It felt like we were being monitored like children, not paying customers. The atmosphere was stressful, not relaxing. I would never go back. Absolutely ruined what should have been a...
