I ordered a pizza today for delivery and paid extra for toppings that were not put on. When I called politely asking Tony’s to send me the correct order, the woman on the phone became extremely rude and aggressive. She went off on me saying it was not Tony’s fault and she blamed Uber eats and the delivery driver for the error. She didn’t try to help at all and then abruptly hung up on me. She made me feel very uncomfortable. My partner heard the conversation too and was blown away by her disrespect. She had no empathy or consideration for us as customers who waited over an hour. I‘ve noticed other comments about a rude lady working there, so I’m guessing it’s the same person. She is unsuited for a position dealing with customers. So leave and come back and I’m paying for my food and he says 19 dollars. I’m like for a salad? But whatever I’m not tripping about that! So I get home and open the salad! My god there’s soooo much ranch dressing poured all over it, it looked like someone emptied all the croutons they had in the store in the salad & barely any spring mix and then 3 pieces of shrimp!
