Wendy's — Restaurant in New York

I swear only in Brooklyn can you experience what I’m about to describe . As soon as I came in I see crazy Bangladeshi kicking a bum out screaming at him 😂 I have like 30 Grubhub Africans in front of me with their iPhones out waiting for their pick ups so you couldn’t tell if they had a line for orders or pick ups . I ask the guy in the front of the counter where the line begins and he points with his lips 👄 toward the garbage 🗑️ can . Pause . It is what it is I go to the back and wait with my guy to make our order. While we are patiently waiting for to order the bum that had originally got kicked out came back in 😂 this time he has his hand on his meat 🍖 and looks straight at a cleaner who is disinfecting the chair 🪑 and tables immediately starts rubbing his 🍆 and touching every surface , counter , seat even the floor 😂 i can’t make this up. The server stares at him 🤦🏿‍♂️ and they start going at it . Unfortunately by this time it was my turn to order so I couldn’t continue watching the evenings entertainment. I proceed to make my order and this time around I had a Singh and my boy was screaming at the Bangladeshi disinfectant to spray the bum white simultaneously taking my order ! Phenomenal service 😂 while the team of brave Wendy employees gathered around to hatch a plan to get this meat grabbing bum out my order was complete and me and my ninja 🥷🏼 got out of their right away . As we were walking out the bum started grabbing the garbage and throwing it at the staff 😝 ate my burger in the parking lot because I didn’t want to seat on any nut juice the guy has infected the seats and...

Staff needs Re training!

I just get off the train walked to bus stop for transfer. Decide to run into Wendy's to grab a quick breakfast. My face was gleaming with a smile that in there was empty only one customer at the cashier and in the entire store. I placed my order just after the customer in front me. There I am now watching for my bus and praying that I will get served before it arrives at the stop.

Then I started to take notice how ALL the staff were chatting away. I'm thinking now in my head (since I am a germ freak) I hope they are not chatting over my food while preparing it with possible all that spit flying from their mouth. However I push that thought out my head quickly as I know the more I think about it, it's the more I'll convince myself that I don't want it anymore.

Minutes went by the chatting continued on and on. My foods not coming, the bus should be coming anytime soon. I don't want to miss this transfer. Now I'm getting furious so I called to the cashier please refund my money I can't wait any longer. She says it's coming I replied NO! ITS NOT COMING because all they been doing is chatting.

I decide to wait. Again it took about another 2 -3 minutes. After eventually getting my meal for what seems like 9 hours. Up on exiting the building there came the bus I was praying that I wouldn't...

March 2022: I order delivery from this Wendy's through the GrubHub app and they ALWAYS make mistakes with regard to the toppings on the burgers I have ordered. EXAMPLE: I had a friend over and ordered two completely different kinds of toppings on the same kind of burger but they just sent 2 burgers with the exact same toppings!! She wanted blue cheese and bacon on hers but she didn't get it, she got the burger I ordered for myself, which had neither. I'm VERY unhappy about this. Other than their constant repeated mistakes on burgers, their chili cheese fries are good, their chili cheese baked potato is good, their chocolate frosty is good, and they put enough syrup in their soda machines to make a satisfying full-flavored soda EXCEPT they don't give you the option to get extra ice, no ice, etc. I prefer having NO ICE in my sodas, to no avail. And even though I request utensils, napkins, and straws they NEVER include any. Not even one napkin or straw. I do recommend this place in a general way, just be prepared for a screw up with the toppings on your burger... and they WILL screw it up!!

UPDATE (July 1, 2022): They no longer put enough syrup in the soda machine to make a full-flavored soda... the last two times they tasted a little...
