I went there yesterday, and was disgusted! I was there 3 days ago with a friend and experienced GREAT SERVICE. I came back yesterday with some more friends and was baffled by the service GM Bravo provided. I sat down with my group of friends, after being told that there was a self serve seating, (and also being that I was there 2 days ago, I was told the same thing and there was no issue.) So being that there was a group before us, I asked the group prior once they're finished, being that I have a large group with me, whenever they're done that I would like the table and that there was no rush. My group and I ordered our food afterwards and about 30/45 mins they tell us that they're about to leave. So my group and I went to sit down in that spot. We were then approached by an employee & he told us that he had a group waiting for the table. In which I then explained to him that I ASKED an employee prior to us even ordering, what was the seating order for outside. And also explained how we were there prior to that group even coming. He brought back another employee who then proceeded to tell me the same thing. I explained to him the same thing as well and also mentioned how when I was there 2 days prior with a friend the same thing was said to me (It was self serve) and he himself helped serviced me. After the back and forth, I tried to end the argument because it shouldn't have even escalated into an argument! He then walked a few steps away and stared at us & returned and asked one of the people out of my group "What did you say?". Now PROVOKING US! I had people out of the group literally beg for him to leave and beg and explain that we didn't want any problems. But why should we beg for no problems? Why are we asking you to leave us alone?!? I then asked him where his general manager is & He said that his name is Bravo and that he himself is the general manager. So to be treated like this, especially after I was there days prior and being that we were not even in the wrong for the situation was just disgusting. Definitely not returning and I can recommend FAR better Mexican restaurants in the area with better food and better service in the surrounding area! If I could give 0...

El Patron Mexican Grill is a hidden gem in the realm of Mexican cuisine. Nestled in a cozy spot, I was delighted to have stumbled upon this restaurant, all thanks to a friend's recommendation. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat.

During our lunch visit, every bite was a revelation of flavor and authenticity. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Birria quesadilla. Bursting with succulent shredded meat and melted cheese, each bite offered a symphony of savory goodness that left me craving for more. The combination of tender meat and gooey cheese encased in a perfectly grilled tortilla was nothing short of perfection.

And let's talk about their guacamole – a true testament to the freshness of ingredients and culinary finesse. Creamy, vibrant, and bursting with flavor, it served as the ideal accompaniment to our meal. Whether paired with crispy tortilla chips or dolloped generously onto our dishes, the guac elevated every bite to new heights.

Beyond the exquisite flavors, the ambiance of El Patron Mexican Grill added to the overall dining experience. The warm, inviting decor and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

In conclusion, El Patron Mexican Grill exceeded all expectations, delivering a culinary experience that left a lasting impression. From the delectable Birria quesadilla to the irresistible guacamole, every aspect of the meal was a testament to the restaurant's dedication to quality and authenticity. Whether you're a die-hard fan of Mexican cuisine or simply looking for a delicious meal, El Patron Mexican Grill is a must-visit destination. Trust me; you won't be...

The shockingly rude owner lets the kitchen team down and ruin the experience. I found the food to be enjoyable but the owner's treatment was absolutely poor. He was confrontational on top of being unprofessional.

We were outdoor seating and it was a +90° day so we requested more water to drink, he told us that he's the one paying for the water while we drink for free, even though we were paying customers eating the food.

One of my friends who's a vegan unwrapped her burrito mid-dining and discovered a piece of meat. She brought it to his attention to be taken out of the bill and she refused to eat anything else. He told her that she should've stopped eating from the first place (burrito was wrapped?). And when she felt very uncomfortable, upset and couldn't look at his face while stating her case, he told her to look him in the face while talking to him.

Cherry on top? When we paid as quickly as we could so that we could get out of this place, we waited for our ride share service on the street. He told us to move away to clear the sidewalk. Even though we're not in front of his shop and on public property.

This was a memorable experience for me personally to witness his shocking behavior in treating...

On Chilly Monday night, I decided Mexican food was a good idea. I wasn’t impressed with El Patron. Will I come back? No. Service was fast. Food came out quickly. So what was the problem? The food is a little bland for my taste. The reason the place got 4 stars from me was quick, friendly service, and large portions of food. Moving from the south I’m just use to a little more flavor. This place in my opinion is great for maybe a date night or hanging with friends. It’s usually packed on a Friday and Saturday night so you have try it for yourself. Obviously, this place is still here for a reason. Don’t let my southern snobbery detour you from checking this place out. ***so changing my review rating*** I just got home it is 7:22 PM I threw-up!
