** In response to the comment made by the owner, that’s actually NOT true, you have raised your prices, in fact it’s super inflated online. You don’t have to like my review, however, an appropriate response would be looking into the situation from the consumer’s POV. Your attitude is nasty, not to mention, I called and spoke with your staff first prior to making my review and the attitude was care free and selfish as yours. Either way, good luck with your business and the rebrand.

I think the customer service can be better and more mindful towards customers. I’ve been ordering at this place for the past 4 years. I usually order a 10 pc wing combo meal that comes with fries and a free drink for approximately $12. However, on Ubereats the same meal is approximately $19 and you have to pay $1.75 for a drink that comes free in person. I spoke with the cashier and asked whether I can get the free drink, seeing that I’m paying way more for the meal online, she stated that Uber charges the restaurant 30% of the price of the meal. I understand, however, customers are also subjected to fees by Uber as well, ultimately bringing the total cost for the meal to nearly $28 after fees and taxes. It’s $28 to order online for the same exact $12 meal and without the free drink. It doesn’t seem fair to consumers, therefore, I may have to lessen my support. Hopefully the owners can see this message and come up...

EDIT: I appreciate ur response. However the main issue was the wings and less about the delivery (if it was the perfect wings, you would get a 5 star regardless of delivery). 35 dollars for 18 wings that are smaller then my little pinky and way overcooked.. and im happy that ur saying that you ordered more wings however that doesnt really do anything for me Also i know you guys are a business and need to make money so u need to sell what u have but would you be happy if you ordered from somewhere and this is what you got?

It almost sounds like youre saying ok, the factory screwed me over with these wings so let me screw over the customers that ordered it

Original: The wings here are a joke.. SAVE UR MONEY…the quality drastically went down compared to the other reviews with wings in the pic. i got 20 wings too because of all the good reviews. I love wings and i saw people say this wing spot is their fav, jumbo wings, blah blah blah. There are 2 wings out of 20 that is bigger then my pinky… and ofcourse these little things are overcooked And their packaging SUCKS it spilled...
