Crazy Chef Don't Play!

I'll start by saying this is my first time eating New York Pizza in New York! Although I don't have much true reference. This is one of the most unique and delicious pizzas I have ever tasted.

There were so many choices, I couldn't decide. So I got a whole box... each and every type of flavor was impressive. The thin crust cracks on the bottom, still maintaining the perfect softness under the ingredients.

The Chef's rec. of Philly Cheesesteak is topped with a house-made Chipotle ranch sauce you have to taste to believe! Top notch.

My personal favorite was the macaroni & bacon. In the past, I've never had a macaroni pizza do much justice to the dish, but this rendition is surprising in its savory flavor. Making it a great late-night snack!

The Crazy Chef, Paco, is a genuine person with charisma and character that pours out the door almost as quickly as the smells of the incredible food he creates. Doing "his best" to ensure everyone who enters his establishment feels accommodated, all while serving up some seriously good pie.

This spot is a pillar of the community! It's got a fun and affordable menu, and some of it you're not going to find on their printed menus! I recommend their quesadilla and especially their empanadas, very flavorful and freshly made! And of course the pizza has that distinct NYC taste. Their loaded slices are Big, and they've got combo deals on their cheese slices. Not to mention their friendly staff! I highly recommend this place!

If you are lucky enough to live in Ridgwood, Queens and love pizza, run to Crazy Chef Pizza. It is 1,000 % authentic New York pizza in Queens. Paco, the proprietor, provides a family atmosphere and knows most of his customers by name and their orders. He makes authentic empanadas, not box brought, that fill his small establishment with the scent of a Latino mother's kitchen. The business is clean beyond compare. The assortment of pizzas that is available for your selection is plentiful. All delicious and deserve to be tasted.
