I’d like to share some feedback about my recent experiences with your restaurant in the hope that it helps improve service going forward.

I’ve noticed several concerning issues: when I call, the phone is often hung up abruptly, staff rarely greet or thank customers, and the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming. In addition, the restaurant itself appears outdated and could benefit from some maintenance and care. Chinese lady in the front and daughter are always miserable.

Good customer service plays a vital role in a restaurant’s success. A simple greeting, a polite tone on the phone, and a sincere “thank you” go a long way in making customers feel valued. First impressions matter, and creating a warm, clean, and inviting space encourages people to return and recommend the place to others.

Horrible service , The food taste bad no seasonings , in the community every one complaints about there portions of food and they always get the order wrong besides the telling you how much it is before a delivery and when the food arrives late and cold they give you a different price on the bill being produced.fried chicken to dry and it looks like a chicken that never had the chance to grow half a chicken looks like a little Hen and nasty taste. Overall the food was just out right horrible, I paid extra for french fries when my order for chicken broccoli was supposed to come with vegetable fried rice but didn’t even come with it and when I see the order they had put the fries with the chicken broccoli and it just ended up being all soggy. As for the sesame chicken, as soon as I took a bite of it, it tasted really off almost doughy it had basically no type of chicken in it.
