Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newark

The women here have disgusting attitudes!!! If you make a mistake, my God be courteous! If you do not like customer service work somewhere else!! I kept repeating my order correctly to her and I was the one accused of saying it wrong when I order this drink every day. And then at the window i kept repeating it right and she kept saying ok so you want (saying it wrong). I kindly said if you repeat it the way I am it will come out right. But she wouldn’t. Never again will I go here. So tired of the bad attitudes and hand movements like they want to fight. I hope they record audio of their orders for quality assurance. But I doubt it. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location you could ever visit. They always deliver the wrong order—when I say always, I mean it every single time! I work right next door and have often stopped by for a coffee, yet my order was always missing something.

Today was the last straw. I ordered a Cappuccino Blast and got a drink with nothing but ice and vanilla. It didn’t even taste like cappuccino ( I had this drink before so I know exactly)—it was completely watery. I noticed immediately that the drink’s color was off, and once I tasted it, I knew something was seriously wrong.

Please, save your time and go to another Dunkin’...

Place is super dirty, bathroom is filthy, when I brought it up to the employees attention I was ignored. Employees are rude, I dealt with 3 different people and each one was worse than the one before. I asked for owner or managers contact and the employee refused to provide me the information, instead I was asked multiple times why I'm asking and was told she has been there a long time. Not sure what that had to do with anything other than maybe she's not doing her job for a long time. Corporate will definitely hear about this wonderful visit. I'm actually choosing not to eat the food I paid for because...
