Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newark

I don’t ever do this.... maybe it’s bc I’m pregnant and hormonal but there is nothing worse than being treated badly for no absolute reason. First I would like to say that out of all the Dunkin’ in the area this one is hands down the best at making coffee and the people that work there are generally very nice. Now onto the reason I’m here... I have a toddler so I use the mobile option often it’s nice that they offer that right? Except my order is only being made once I pull up to the drive thru, whatever I don’t even really care about that but if I was in a super rush to me it’s like what’s the point of making the order online?? But today I ordered 2 separate orders of 10 munchkins online. To go to two different locations. The girl gives me a box with all 20. It’s ok I get it but I asked her to separate them. Then comes a male worker who’s all like what happened I guess she told him and with an attitude he’s like well she has to come inside... YEA I heard you dude .... excuse me? You guys made the mistake which I was totally chill about. But it’s not my fault if you guys don’t know how to handle the mobile system. Idk if he was the owner manger whatever shame on you for making any of that seem like it was my fault! I am never rude , ever! I could understand if I was but I wasn’t. Like I said it could be my hormones but that really made me upset. It may seem stupid and I am a firm believer of don’t mess w ppl who handle your food but the attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. So whoever the tall tan male in the black shirt working saturdays at this location I hope someone has a talk with you And if working at Dunkin’ is so annoying for you go find another job. Obviously won’t be going there after...

08/31/25: please change who ever is making the drinks on this day at 8am. She consistently messes up on the orders. It’s getting to the point that ill go somewhere else whenever she is making the drinks.

08/25/25: the crew this morning wasn’t welcoming, Jess made 2 drinks for me and didn’t even mix it, it was the same drink but they both didn’t taste the same. One was noticeably sweeter than the other. when I brought it to their attention they made it seem like I was wrong by saying that she made the drinks the same. Honestly, all I was saying was one was different because it was obviously sweeter than the other.

7/16/25: if your drink is not sweet enough then they charge you extra money to make it how you like it. Seems like they need every penny.

4 months ago: You advertise that you close at 8pm but the door is...

Wake up wrap had SO MUCH HAIR inside and outside melted all in the cheese and all. I went back to get my money back NOBODY WAS WEARING HAIR NETS! I asked the manager why they don't wear hair nets and he said WE ONLY WEAR HAIR NETS IN THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR THEN I DONT KNOW WE JUST STOP. What!?!?!?! NASTY! I called corporate and its MANDATORY to wear hair nets... no hair nets were being worn.

UPDATE! Somebody replied to my review from Dunkin with some bristle from a brush story. So I posted pictures of the wakeup wrap clearly showing hair with a root and all different lengths. Please check...
