One word review : Disaster We ordered Indochinese schz fried rice , mysore dosa , chicken biryani , pomfret , tea and can of coke and gulajamun Indo chinese schz fried rice : This is just a slap in the name of indo chinese. This was served with peas ( mutter ) in it. Please stop ruining indo chinese food with peas in it.. they served it with a so called schz chutney which was tomato and water Chicken biryani : it was a pulav with 2 chicken pieces , and low on salt Pomfret was low on masala and low on salt as well The dosa was edible. Although the chutney weren't fresh but the dosa one of the items which were edible.. samber was hot water with boiled daal.. Chai ( teA) : it was just boiled water with powdered tea and trust me I am not even exaggerating Gulab jamun : although they tasted good , they were at least 2 days old and not hot. Just warmed up in the microwave oven I think .. The only good thing about our food was the coke.. No wonder the restaurant was empty on a busy night Please take these criticisms positively and improve.. Stay away as far as you can . Trust me and stay away

Take your taste Buds to enjoy the Indian flavors, then is the one of the best restaurant in Newark. I have tried their veg and non veg meals. It's not the authentic meals combo we get in other bhavans . They will give one appetizers, one cure , one Nan and rice. Which is more than enough to full our tummy. Also I have tried chicken kothu parota, it's amazing. Little disappointing with the salna which was little sweet. Don't miss to start ur lunch or dinner with pakoda here, it's very crispy and tasty. Tea and coffee are good but not that great. They should have made tea little stronger. Coming to biryani, we ordered egg biryani. Biryani made out of basmati rice and it's not having any gravy in it. It's too dry, so better to avoid it. It's very small restaurants, so don't go with any expectations w.r.t ambience. Just for food it's must try restaurant.

I ordered thokku briyani and chicken kothu parotta from this restaurant. If you're looking for a truly authentic South Indian biryani, this place hits all the right notes. The meat is tender and juicy, absorbing the depth of the masala. The pieces are generously sized and cooked to perfection, not dry, with just the right balance of heat. Kothu Parotta is a must-try here. The combination of the parotta’s rich texture with the bold spices, onions, and cilantro is nothing short of addictive. Each bite is packed with layers of flavor, from the crunch of the fried parotta to the richness of the meat and the tanginess of the tomatoes. The dish is served with a side of spicy gravy to elevate the taste.

This place has the best food in Indian street, NJ. One of the very few Indian restaurants open until 2 am on a weekday. Food is served pretty fast and has a wide variety of street style south Indian foods. The restaurant features portraits of memes all around which I found to be innovative. The cut pomfret fish served here is the best! This should definitely be on your list if you're visiting NYC NJ or surrounding areas. Highly recommended.
