If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend, who LOVES tropical smoothie, recently ordered a smoothie and requested minimal accommodations due to dietary restrictions. The employee not only messed up the order, but they knew they messed up the order and immediately began to make a new one. Instead of staying silent, or even apologizing for the mix-up and extra waiting time, the employee said to my friend that making changes to an order "feels like they're doing open heart surgery" along with other snide comments.
Not sure why this unnecessary statement was said openly to my friend and not in the break room, but it is disheartening to witness an employee try to degrade customers, especially when my friend's hard-earned money is spent on a smoothie from here. We're not rich and your smoothies are not cheap. My friend went there for a good time, so it's sad when good times are ruined because of snarky comments.
So many people order tropical smoothie because of the dietary accommodations that can be made and trying to make people feel bad because of that is downright cruel.
I hope that management is reading this and plans to better train their staff on customer service (or even just sharing comments when they are not...

Read moreI placed an online order thru the app and 100% selected the Fashion center way location. When I submitted the order I was already at the location and they said they didn’t receive it. I double checked my order and it now said I placed it at the Main Street location. I immediately called them within 2 minutes of placing the order and explained and the situation to manager there said they he would refund it but unfortunately their franchise owner does not allow them to do that.
