Ever since moving into the Newberg area around 4 months ago I have had nothing but trouble with this certain McDonalds. I always like to go through the mobile app while ordering because of how fast and direct it is, not here however. If you come to this spot prepare to have at least one item wrong from what you ordered. Just like today my brother and I had ordered 2 plain Mcdoubles and 2 plain Cheeseburgers that did not come plain and without it's main ingredient cheese, I went through the drive through line again to get my correct order which in itself took 5 minutes because of the awkward silence I sat through with the worker at the window who didn't say a word. When suddenly he randomly said that it'd take 2 minutes to fix he politely asked me to drive around the corner and to wait in a parking spot. That 2 minutes quickly turned into 45 minutes, if I had not called to let them know I would've sat there for hours. Finally receiving my order all I got was a "sorry" and the worker quickly leaving right after, no compensation for the rest of my cold food or wasted time. Keep in mind this isn't the first time I've had to wait, one of the old workers at the window used to hand me my receipt always saying "just in case" because he knew who I was after they had messed up my past orders countless times. Disappointing managers, disappointing work ethic, and a very big disappointing lack of sympathy for their mistakes. Read moreYour advertisement says that you have breakfast all day, and I understand that there's no biscuits available after a certain time, but I came in today for breakfast all day, which it says breakfast is all day, and I was charged the regular price for two sausage egg McMuffins, when I should have got it 2 for $4.
It is false advertising to say breakfast all day and have limits, and they're not explicit anywhere. Wonderful staff, and I'm sure they're confused also. Management could not give me a good answer either. Please make rules clear for them.
You might tell your corporation Nationwide that this is a very bad move for McDonalds to promise people things, and then rescind the bargains without a clear time frame.
Since breakfast is all day, how can you end something at the end of breakfast? What are the time frames on all of these changes which seem to be constant?
Your franchises should post clear explanations for folks, because there was at least six of us coming in here separately who were given false information at front counter, plus, there is not clear delineation of breakfast hours.
Please make this a Primo McDonald's again! If we know the rules and they are posted, there should not be any confusion at all.

Read moreTo whom it may concern, I am a single man who eats on the run more often then I'd like to admit, and unfortunately these days I've noticed a growing trend in fast food service, it seems more often then not I find myself angry and dissatisfied with the customer service I receive, However Saturday when I came in for my nightly Big Mac fries and a shake, I couldn't help but notice a shift in the way the customers were being dealt with,it was at that point I noticed a fresh new face behind the counter who was wearing a name tag with the name Jenn... I don't usually comment on these sites however I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with this young ladies professionalism and polite attitude, I will be making it a point to eat at this specific location more often then the other ones, because it was so refreshing to see a young person who actually still takes pride in her work and makes you feel good about going out and dealing with the already hectic world we live in where nobody seems to care about customer care... My hat goes off to you Jenn keep up the good job and Nice going McDonald's on the new manager...
