So I called the Tanasbourn location on accident and waited forever on hold. Then hung up and called again and the guy was like "oh hi you were just on the other line" he was super chill took me order, but then I realized it was the wrong location. He was still SUPER AMAZING and helped me get the proper number. I call THIS location and the young lady who answers has a really bad attitude off the bat when she asked to put me on hold. I KINDLY said that's fine, but when she came back she's all like "hello hello" then hung up. I was talking but I have bad service whatever, so I call back KINDLY again and she's like "heellloooo can I put you on hold" once again mind you this is my FOURTH time on hold "the first two times my fault wrong store". I wait and when she comes back she is like "hello I can't hear you" with mad attitude. I say "sorry I have bad service can I please get an XL whatever and a chicago sweet spot" mind you this is my FIRST EVER ORDER AND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY other than that sweet guy from the other location. She's all like "we don't do chicago like that it's three toppings (mad attitude as if I'm wasting her time) ok what else ok I need a card number (mad attitude as if I murdered her cat)" I finished my order but honestly I don't even want the pizza anymore. If it wasn't for the fact that it's for my whole family and they all want pizza I wouldn't even have finished the order. If you hate life and or your job this much please just quit. This lady really really just rubbed me the wrong way especially after the awesome person I got from the other location. I hope her manager sees this, and if she is the manager shame on you. I would never have that tone, and hang up like that then be rude like that and rush me through the order after you just hung up on me. Not cool. Not cool at all. Hopefully the pizza is good, but I'm afraid she might spit in it for no reason with that poor attitude. Maybe it's just me, but you know when some people just have that "the whole world is my problem so screw you and I hate this job but I need it so I'm going to do it but also I don't really care and you're wasting my life so hurry it up so I can get on with it voice" yup. That was my first experience after an amazing one with that other store. If it wasn't such a drive I would call back and cancel and go there.
Update: called when my fiance arrived to get the pizza same girl answers all sweet like, BUT as soon as she hears my voice she lost all sweetness and went straight back to like "I don't have time for you" "ok pft" tone. Yup. Won't be back here. Not a great...

I decided to give odd Moe's a try, I hadnt been to there newberg location since ye old pizza left, and the guy working the closing shift was super nice and patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted to try and see what they had to offer. Thank u so so much for being patient and hooking it up with the water while I waited and the free 2 liter. The pizza was done in no time and absolutely delicious, I'll definitely be coming back guys. Thank u so much for making my night so much better than what it already was, u guys rock🤘🤘🤘😁😁😁
Edit: 7/20/24 I didn't have any extra cash to leave a tip today so hopefully this helps somewhat. I havnt been to the shop in a LONG time and I decided to swing by tonight since I'm back in the neighborhood, and it was like my very first experience over a year or 2 ago. I had to do some volunteer work today in the sun and I was super beat after today, and the boys made me feel like I was visiting an old friend at home again after being away for so long. Thank you so much odd Moe's, Steve, John especially. I hope your managers and staff get the recognition they deserve for being so badass...
Read morePizza was ordered by an elderly staying at a post op rehab, and it was delivered to the wrong door not the main entrance. Resident called because the pizza to her knowledge was not delivered, and the resident is 74 years old and on a fixed income. They charged her $5 to deliver another pizza, and then when she met them out front with one of the nurses, the delivery driver was very rude and inappropriate with a raised voice, and questioning the door bell / key pad to get into the facility. When the staff called to address the level of unprofessional-ism the staff who answered at Moes passed the phone to the store manager, and the store manager presented with zero concerns for how his driver behaved, none, and said "Well I am the one who charged her" the charge is not the concern, but the way the elderly was treated by the staff who represent this pizza organization. One star because a star is required to post a review. Very disappointed for a small town to treat elderly with...
