McDonald's — Restaurant in Newberry Township

I order a fish filet and small fries from the guy that just walked in from outside and goes behind register as I watch the guy empty the trash cans and push it threw the food station part behind counter then he walks back up looks at screen. and grabs the small fries palm down on top of fries and yells back to find out the status on the filet, not ready yet he returns the fries back under the heat lamp. to this point he still has not washed his hands. so I advise the manager that the guy that just empty the trash cans, still has no washed his hands after emptying trash cans. she asks him if he washed his hands no reply. but actually now washes his hands, so I tell her to throw away the small fries under the warmer knowing they were mine. her reply was I could tell her nicely and that she could refund my money if I didn't like it and leave. then she desides to play drama queen because a customer is trying to tell her what to do. so while every employee is now staring at me. the guy that walked in and was my cashier is now palm down caring the small fries that were returned to the warmer and putting them in the bag for my order. I removed them from the bag and told him to give them to the lady bitching about me reminding her about health regulations. since he never washed his hands at any point from walking thru front door or ringing up order to now handling my food. the lady manager isn't capable of managing a bowling alley fro 3 to 7 in the morning. she should be fired. she either has no clue of health code regulations or simply so self centered she...

McDonald's is McDonald's. You know what kind of food you should expect when you go to any McDonald's. It's quick it's convenient it's fast food it's subpar. However this particular McDonald's fails to get our order correct 90% of the time. I live locally and have a lot of children so it's quick and convenient on special nights to grab. My order is consistently wrong and missing items. In the last few months I have had to return to this location because my orders were so wrong we were missing entire parts of our meals. Now yes you're gonna say we should stay in the parking lot and check but when you have a bunch of hungry kids yelling in the car and a line of people behind you you don't take the time to do that because you're in a hurry and you expect that you're gonna get what you paid for. That isn't the case here. So check your order every time before you leave or you will be missing things that you paid for. Save yourself the trouble and a trip of running back. I understand that everywhere is short on staff. But the associates that are working need to be trained correctly. I shouldn't be missing burger patties from my sandwiches. I shouldn't be missing my sides. You can do...

Drive through on my way to a job site late Sunday around 5pm. Ordered and 1/4 lb with cheese and bacon, 6 piece nugget large fry and tea. Asked while ordering for BBQ sauce. I was told to move up to line then again to space 1. Them I leave no BBQ in bag. Drive back pull up to window 1 nobody. Pull up to window 2 and a a guy looks me in my eyes from front counter starts walking towards me and boom around corner and to back. Needless to say I pulled out and through my plain nuggets in to the grass for the animals along I83. The fries went there as well since no BBQ. Thanks for the 20$ sandwich. This is second time I had major F"up at this McDonald's and first I went public. If this review gets disputed I have dashcams in my fleet vehicles so I am more than happy to compile data and we'll google, facebook, twitter. Have a great day let's say never again Sorry it gets worse I open my sandwich. No onions and the paper on top says no onion well guess what I am allergic to onions so my now 20$sweet tea will get me through the day until I get home from work at 10pm tonight
