As someone who appreciates custom-built designs, I can confidently say that Stone Crust Pizza is one restaurant I've had the pleasure of dining at. From burgers and salads to sandwiches and, of course, pizza, each dish is crafted with artistic quality and a keen attention to detail. The restaurant truly understands the importance of consistency in taste and presentation, and they consistently deliver on this front. Located in the heart of downtown Newburyport, Stone Crust Pizza is a true gem. Whether arriving from the boardwalk or the ends of the city, the location is fantastically convenient. Ordered 6 pizzas(over $100) for birthday party to be picked up at 4 pm. Went to pick up the pizzas and was told that door dash accidentally took our order. The manager then called the driver to tell him he needed to come back with our order, at first I was told they were waiting for the driver to return. He told me the pizza would still be warm(after driving in the back seat of his car for 1/2 hour)... I think not! then after 15 more minutes I was told Door dash refused. After asking the manager of the stonecrust for a refund because it was now 4:30 and we still Had no pizzas to feed a house full of people, he told me the best he could do was 15%! Also never apologized. After an hour of waiting they handed us new pizzas they had to remake. My recommendation to them would be making sure door dash takes someone’s CORRECT order and to apologize to a customer when a mistake is made. Pizzas good, but not worth the time and aggravation of ever going...

There is a wonderful, bright, digital display of the extensive menu which no doubt has something for everyone to enjoy. You also get a choice of a slice(s), a 12 inch or 16 inch pizza. I ordered a 12 inch Marzano Margherita pizza to share with 1 other person. The pizza is made from scratch, right before your very eyes which adds a nice touch to the experience if you choose to dine-in. The pizza was hot, fresh, and ready once it arrived at the table 😍! Simply put, it is the best pizza I have eaten in a while and that is saying something considering a) I am not a pizza stan and b) the pizza I ordered was thin crust.
