If I could give zero stars I would. We went with our kids to get lunch at 2:20 pm walked in waited 6 min then the manager snapped the dinning room isn't open only mobile orders there was no sign on the door the door was open. There was another women who said idk why they said that we just ordered. The manger then said the door was supposed to be locked and yelled at another employee for not locking it i said well there was no sign and we didnt know thats not our fault thats yours. As we were leaving a young women who worked there got out of her chair yelling at us trying to fight us cause we said that it was the stores fault for not putting a note up another employee was holding her back from coming at us saying be mad like she was tough and laughing about it. We had our children with us and one of us is pregnant it was very unprofessional and the women should be fired. Read moreThe worker already refused to tell me her name however the old lady who works at this Wendy’s who apparently son also works there refused our service/shut window on our face while being polite telling her that she got our order wrong and we would pay the extra cost. Honestly, when we were ordering at the drive thru she was already acting like she was going through horrible menopause. When we asked her to correct the bill and order she yelled at us for “saying something different” and as we just kept asking to resolve it. Her son ended up coming over to see what the issue was and he was telling her to calm down and repeatedly said sorry to us and that he didn’t know what her problem was. Read moreI went though the drive-thru tonight after a long day waiting in an ER for my family member. I wanted something quick, easy and good. The drive-thru was frustrating, everytime I tried to order the male employee kept interrupting and said no no wait wait. Then a woman came on and said she’d be right with me. After a couple of minutes the original guy took my order… a #7 (Big Bacon Classic) with no mayo. When I got to the window, another guy was there to take the orders and the one who took mine was at the registers. I got my food, got home and found that it had no bacon on it, so it was basically a single… and the center was cold and pink. I tossed it. The fries were ok.
