Weve been Fabiano's several time and have taken out o town guests here. Havent been there much since COVID, so took grandbabies last SAT MAR26. To our surprise WORST experience ever! Not sure if we will ever go back. Waitress was not warm, abrupt and condescending. Ask if there was Prosecco....said yes to my surprise. Then came back and said they were out. Ok. Get that. She gave me menu of wine...there was a champagne, so i said I take that. She said thats the Prosecco. (Nope, not the same..Proseccos from Italy, Champagne from France). Still ok....the pizza which is usually great was A THIN MESS W NO TASTE! When to take a slice on babies plate....it took all the cheese off the slice next to it. So.....just the next slice was thin piece of crust w no taste, little sauce and no cheese. Ok....again thinking just a new cook. What put me over the edge was when I asked for a small to go box for my salad, the lid wouldnt latch to the bottom keeping it closed. I asked for another box or a rubber band to keep it closed bcuz it wouldnt stay closed....the waitress now treating me as I was stupid not knowing how to latch it. After she tried it, she got me another box that DID stay shut. No sure what happened in the last year to employees, mgt, food but definitely will think twice about going back. My hubby totally agreed and he doesnt say much about...
Read moreThis was our first time trying the place. I will say that the service was wonderful. The servers were very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the pizza was not great. We ordered a supreme and a pepperoni pizza. The supreme was seriously lacking on toppings and very basic looking. The pizza sauce was so thin and runny. When we went to place the slice on the plate ALL OF THE CHEESE AND TOPPINGS slid right off the pizza. We were left with dry crust. We showed it to the server and thankfully they agreed and asked the kitchen to cook a fresh one. The replacement was better but still not great and lacking flavor. The garlic knots were actually very tasty but unfortunately the thin water like sauce you dip it in ruined it for us. Based on the experience we probably wouldnât want to give it...
Read moreI decided to visit this place after reading Google reviews. When I couldn't find the entrance at first, I should have gone somewhere else, but I was determined to check it out and ended up entering through Alamo. The staff at the Alamo entrance were very friendly, but everything after that was terrible. It took 30 minutes just to place my order, and the food took almost an hour to arrive. Since I had plans to spend time outside that day, I waited while using our smartphones, but under normal circumstances, I would have canceled the order and left. The food was mediocre, and the loud quiz announcements through the speakers felt like an assault on my ear. I have no intention of...
