Crumbl — Restaurant in Newport

I placed an order for car side delivery yesterday at about 5pm, with a pick up time between 8pm-830pm. I got there at about 815pm and after waiting 20 mins I had to go inside to ask about my cookies. I have a knee injury which is why I requested for them to be brought out to me. So after 20 mins I go inside only to find out they did not have any more chocolate covered strawberry cookies, which were still available when I ordered them few hours earlier, which is why I ordered them early. The banana pudding did not have any vanilla wafers in them like the description said also had no bananas in it either it was just vanilla pudding which crumbles on top, also the box and cups were covered in sticky finger marks from employees gloves, which got all over my car. No one seemed to want to be there. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I know they have the tablets you can order on, but we personally like looking at the display and talking to people. So we were waiting, when a girl with a scowl on her face came up, asked if we had been helped, I said "No," with a smile. "Are you paying with Cash or Card?" "Card" I responded. "OK, well you can just order on the tablet."

We get our cookies and the the frosting/jam from the cake was already stuck to the lid of the box, and there were no sprinkles on the chocolate cake batter cookie. Today was started to be a total disaster for my daughter and her group of friends was saved by the lovely staff at Crumbl cookie in Newport, Kentucky. I have the absolute pleasure and honor to have spoken with a woman named Jordy, And this young lady went above and beyond to help solve an issue that happened, handled everything in the utmost professional manner and the most genuine kindness I’ve experienced in a very long time. Not only was Jodi a pleasure, but the entire staff was very welcoming. Very nice and very very very. Willing to help solve the issue I had.
