Went through the drive thru and there was no menu on screen, only the previous persons order. After asking three time to clear the screen so I could order food, I was verbally told a few menu items. I can't order this was as I have a disability that makes this very difficult and I didn't want a generic hamburger. I apologized to the lady and told her I would pull forward to the window to complete my order.
When I pulled forward the Mc Donald's employee turned his back on me and ignored my request for a paper menu, he took someone else's order and made me wait before turning to me and lied to me saying that they did not have paper menu. I argued that he did and he shut the window on me.
I pulled forward to the next window (which has written on it "Braille and paper menus available upon request") and asked the 3 ladies for a paper menu, they lied too and said they did not have any paper menus. One lady told me it was my fault because I pulled forward before they could clear the menu. (another lie)
They shut the window on me too and left it shut unit I pointed to the sign on the window saying paper menus available and took a picture of the sign with my phone.
Finally, knowing they had been caught lying they finally gave me a paper menu but by this time I didn't trust them preparing me food in the back so I ordered a soda, paid and left.

Read moreI am beyond frustrated with the repeated poor service at this McDonald’s. The level of unprofessionalism and carelessness at this store is completely unacceptable, and it needs to be addressed immediately.
First, the manager at this location is consistently rude and dismissive. On my most recent visit, I stood waiting for service, only to be deliberately ignored by the manager, who recognized me from a prior altercation. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge me, but when other employees attempted to assist, he told them to ignore me as well. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it is hostile.
Second, the orders are never right. I often drive an hour home only to discover missing items, wrong meals, or substitutions I didn’t ask for. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for food that I don’t even receive, and then be left with no solution because I live too far away to turn around.
Finally, the store does not even honor its own posted times. On one visit, I placed a breakfast order at 10:24 AM — well before the cutoff — yet when I arrived with my order number, I was told it was “past breakfast time” and they “couldn’t make it anymore.” That is flat-out unacceptable. If your system takes the order, the kitchen should honor it.

In the middle of ordering we were told to stop our order and complete it at the window at the window was interrupted multiple times / ignored due to multitasking no problem finally got to the next window and we're receiving a lot of attitude. We informed the man that was giving us our food that we needed two drinks two pies. This upset him a lot. And led to him complaining and bad-mouthing customers in front of us with the window open to other employees in front of his manager with no shame. Instead of explaining to us that our order simply had not been rang up and then bringing us up for the four items we needed or even telling us to pull back around he decided to stand there and complain it wasn't until the manager overheard his complaints and walked over that we were able to square up our meal which took all of 2 seconds. Would have been a lot quicker to just inform us and be helpful but everybody has bad days. Not from here not sure what this McDonald's is usually like but on a busy day I suggest stopping somewhere else.
