Had bottle drop slip and I gave the checker the slip before my wife paid for the food because we wanted it separate. My wife paid and figured out she took the money off the total and we asked them to please refund us the money and we would pay with the card and the manager came over freaked out and said she can't do that transaction was finial. I said we are not leaving tell she does it and she got even more mad and said she can't I said you have to it ain't right we need that money so she started flinging are food around acting like she needed to do a refund on are whole purchase 🤦‍♂️ and finally just opened up the register and shoved the money at us and left?????? We said no we want to pay the difference and she stormed off! The store had a "Buy one get one free" sign on a product I decided to purchase. Good deal, so I bought 10. However when checked out I only received 2 "free". I asked about it and was told there was a limit of 2 free. I said "but your sign doesn't say that," and the checker said "it is an on line special, it says it on line". I asked to speak to the manager who referred me to the owner. The owner was condescending and rude. He even ridiculed me! He said he would "let" me have 4 free This One Time. PHHFFTTTT! I returned them all. I wasn't trying to beat this guy out of his last dollar, but for him to honor his sign on principal. As a business owner myself, I can't imagine a professional person acting as badly as he did to a customer.
