Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Niles Township

I've been coming here since I've moved here to Skokie, cauz its just around the corner from me, so I always walk there. To be honest though this last month or so, it's been crappy, I mean the food is still in good taste for me, but they have a new employee obviously cauz I'm there in the store every time I pick up my food, and every time I'd always talk to some of the employee's, but this new girl was very nasty and rude very VERY RUDE!! She just makes the whole experiences there lately terrible. She is always talking down and swearing at the other employees, I've noticed she doesn't help much cauz she's always on her cell. So I asked to speak the one manager who was always very very helpful and very nice about everything, and the fact that he always smiles when speaking to customers made the whole vibe of the place feel kinda welcoming, but back to the point. So when I asked first off they said he wasent there then all of a sudden that one horrible employee came up and asked what the problem was, and I just said nothing I'm fine with everything. So then in a very rude manner and tone of voice she said well I'm the boss here so if u got a problem u can talk to me. So at that point I was so disgusted that I told her she was a problem and I walked out but before I left I told her that she ruined my appetite so she can keep my food. I don't know who dose the hiring but whoever u are u need to get rid of that fat rude b**. All I know is that for the last 2 years I've never had an employee there b rude, in fact like I said they made me feel welcomed, never one problem. Horrible service. I received a txt telling me my order is ready. As I'm walking in a couple was walking in as well so I held the door for them and let them go first. They were told their order wasn’t ready and to wait so they did. Now it’s my turn I told the lady I’m here for pick up gave her my name and she seemed to struggle finding my order. I pointed out to her that my order was right behind her as Pan pizzas are the only style that comes in a black box. She still told me it’s not my order and made me wait. I waited til she gave the couple their pizza and then tended to another costumer before coming back to me to give me the box that I had pointed out from the beginning. I told her that it was very unprofessional of her to have had a customer waiting for so long when my order was ready the whole time and she just simply refused to get it. Also while I was waiting I noticed NONE of the employees making the pizzas were wearing any kind of hand covers during the process or making the pizzas or even cleaning their hands after every pizzas they made with out any kind of hand gloves. Can you guys imagine how many pizzas they make daily without cleaning their hands after every pizza....

Ordered alot of things from there, first N.Y style pizza it wasn't good it's not even n.y. style at all looks like a regular thin crust pizza the person who made it doesn't seem like they knew what they were doing also order the brownies and it was burnt! In the oven way long how the heck you screw that up ? order 1 bbq wing 1 Parmesan wings( which they didn't get right they made that into bbq instead) and 1 mango habenero wing all they did was drop a whole bunch of sauce on top of the wing in that box, sauce wasn't even coated properly lazy work that they did and I ordered pasta bowl it barley had any sauce and the quantity was made for a 5 year old cause she finished it like 3 bites for 6$ was a rip off also order 2 med. pizza and a bunch of other side order was not worth the money they need to be retrain on making the food. I had better pizza and wings from little ceaser ! I would recommend not...
