Dunkin' — Restaurant in Niles Township

I pass by this location on my way to work, and unfortunately I had to stop by today. They are very nice here, but lack ANY since of urgency. Let provide examples. One time I came there were a few people in line. Approximately 3 or more people working. The cashier was ringing up people and although rather were at least 2 others working, no one was working on orders beside the cashier. I want to yell "someone help her, the line is growing." Today's example: I walked right up and the cashier did her part and made my coffee within 2 minutes, but the guy on hashbrown duty was moving at his own pace. He literally picked out each hashbrowns 1 by 1 and then recounted. It's the morning rush with no rush and so disappointed when i go to other places, and they make no effort to get u out the door. I guess I'll just try harder and avoid this slow...

The only reason why I visit this Dunkin Donuts is because of the gas station. And sometimes I forget to grab Dunkin Donuts somewhere else. So I grab my breakfast right there, but not no more. This is the last time! This is the little taste of what I have to deal with all the time there: today I passed and I asked for a ham egg and cheese on a croissant sandwich.. first time was made WRONG, they handed me a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant.. I came back once again give him another chance, and again they messed up. They handed me a ham and cheese on a croissant sandwich... I'm paying for my food, so I should get what I asked for. but instead they're all busy talking about who knows what...

Whenever I go to a Dunkin Donuts, I always order the same thing: Sausage with Egg and Cheese on a Croissant - it's the best. However, the one I got from this Dunkin location was the best ever! At other locations, the egg is mostly the egg-white, you can barely notice the yolk, but not here. Afshan Umrani made me the best Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissant I have had in a very long time. The meat was perfectly cooked, the croissant was crispy and the hash-browns were just perfect, not burnt. I highly recommend...
