Saylor's Pizza Port — Restaurant in Niles

Saylors is a wonderful, family owned and operated business that really goes out of their way to deliver great food, fair prices and the best customer service of any comparable Pizza restaurant operating in Niles.

Try the Italian Beef Sub which includes fresh bread, a thick helping of high quality, thinly shaved beef topped with Mozzarella Cheese, plus a tasty dipping cup of Au Jus drippings on the side. I like to add ring pepper and onion, as this really brings out the flavor of the sandwich. Hands down...the Best Sandwich in Niles.

The Meatball sandwich is equally impressive, with Fresh Submarine Style Bread, an very lean Beef used on the meatballs (translation: no oily mess), this sandwich is generously topped with plenty of Marinara Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese. A close runner-up, to be sure.

Finally, being a thin crust man, you can't beat the price/value of Saylors Pizzas. They sell them like crazy and they are priced very competitively too.

Ah Saylors... :) The staff know me by name, voice, order and appearance, that's how often I eat here. I've been eating here for over 20 years and with good reason. There's no place like it. Super speedy service, even delivery and even during busy periods. The drive thru window they now have has only made them quicker and more convenient. Excellent menu selection for a neighborhood pizzeria. Pizza is good, burgers, sandwiches/subs and dinners are where it's at. Burgers and chicken sandwich comes highly recommended. Chicken nuggets and catfish are also spectacular if you're looking for another option. Order accuracy and friendly staff are other awesome features of this family owned establishment. Order pretty often from them. Great inexpensive pizza, fast. Get their specials often. Usually, there are no issues. Tonight being able to only offer diet soda on a special, I asked if they could replace this item as a service. When unable to offer their full menu, attempt to build repor and retention by replacing the item. Confused the young man a bit by me asking for a replacement. He asked me to hold then a female got on the line to inform me they could not offer a replacement on the special, I could only get what they had available. Service recovery deals are what makes a good business thrive more than just run. Never put a different person on the phone without the customer asking. Never ask "well, do you want your order still".
