If I could give Zero Stars I would. I came to pick up a small coffee There was a large crowd already in the restaurant awaiting their food. I stood to the side where I have room and personal space to myself . A Nice young man asked me what was the name on the order or if I had to order code I provided him the information he walked to the back.
Next a lady came and asked me the same question I provided the information again. she had the item in her hand and instead of handing it to me after confirming she stepped back away from me. And rolled her eyes.
Then took the order back into the kitchen. I was confused and waited patiently for a moment thinking that maybe that was not the correct order in her hand because that was very weird for her to do that .
She then Came back out and started to try to help the other ppl waiting in the lobby.
I asked why did you take the order back instead of handing it to me . She continued to try to ignore me. Clearly she's racist which is pathetic because we are both minorities. She felt she had some upper hand on me and was going to make me wait for the order longer. I told her if she did not hand me to order, I was going to call the police because she was being rude, and providing POOR customer service. And I also then ask for the manager And somebody that spoke English. She claimed she spoke English but then said something in Spanish Which I knew because I speak and understand it. She stood there looking shocked and stupid. Then She walked back into the kitchen came back with the order and her phone on record.
Now because I love a good razzle dazzle, I began to speak directly to the camera and loud and clearly explain exactly what she did and how I'd been treated thus far.
She then tried to cover the phone as if she was not trying to record me anymore because I guess she didn't want the facts to be out although I mentioned that everyone in the lobby saw how she treated me as well as the cameras that are in the lobby.
Because I had already been in the restaurant for eons awaiting a small order. My wife came to check on me and then tried to understand why I was being treated this way.
I still ask for her manager and nobody from the back or the kitchen wanted to come to the front. Then put the order on a separate countertop and then tried to help another customer instead of handing me the item directly.
I suggest nobody utilize this McDonald's because I'm pretty sure they spit in people's food if you are not like them. I cannot even begin to fathom why they would have someone running a customer service position when you don't know how to speak to all customers or provide kind and friendly service.
She then felt the need that I was standing in the wrong spot that's why she didn't want to help. But you were speaking to me and asking me for my confirmation on my order where I was standing with no problem. In a crowded lobby where everyone was just huddling and standing where they could comfortably. So clearly she was on some sort of Power Trip , having a bad day because y'all are over worked and under paid or shes just to lazy to walk short distances.
I don't like confrontation! I don't even like getting loud but this lady really took me out of my character today and I'm glad I gave her what she was looking for.
I pray this review like many others , reaches all 40k viewers. But I will also make sure it goes to corporate. I don't like people getting fired but she definitely needs a different position Like ASAP or back...
Read moreThere's a reason this McDonald's is always busy. I work rather close by so I tend to make relatively frequent visits and I will tell you this location is almost always busy every part of the day.
The quality of the food is overall solid. It is McDonalds so it isn't anything fancy, but for getting a quick meal on the cheap it is very hard to beat.
I highly recommend using their app. It allows you to order ahead of time. That way you don't have to go through the drive through. My personal favorite is pick up at counter and second is curbside. But I find counter pick up is the fastest. You can order your pick up to be obtained at the drive-through though I don't reccomend it. As said early this store is always super busy. They are fast with the drive through but not as fast as simply picking of up in store.
I think the staff of this store needs to be given many compliments as well. They are able to keep up with this super busy location all while keeping quality where it should be. They have as of me writing this review never messed up any of my orders, food is almost always fresh(its McDonald's I think everyone knows they use warmers sometimes).
Oh and their dining room seems to always be open. Which these days where it feels like most places this is a 50/50 shot is pretty huge for me.
Modern day most of the staff focuses on the kitchen that is mostly how McDonalds is so you don't get a ton of customer to associate interaction. Which is what you make of it. Personally im usually stopping by on a lunch break and don't have much time to stop and talk so it doesn't mean much to me.
The only downside to the low customer interaction is that elderly people who want to eat at McDonalds during particularly busy times can get kind of left out. Some of them struggle the kiosks that McDonalds offers and try to order at the front desk. Which the staff does eventually get to them, but sometimes it does take some time. It really isnt the staffs fault, I know things can get super busy in the kitchen and they have quotas to meet with the always busy drive through. But this would probably be my only single critique of this place at all.

Read moreI would give this place zero stars if I could. About a week ago or so, I stopped in with friends and ordered from the kiosk. My number appeared and then disappeared after waiting 15 minutes or so for my order which never came up. Employees were running back and forth out to waiting cars with their uniforms half on and looking a mess. There is a constant wait in the drive thru even if you're the only one in there.
So, 15 mins pass and no food! I walk up to the counter where no one is ever there to help customers and must look in the kitchen to try and get someone's attention. A few employees look at me, but no one comes up to help me. Finally, 10 mins later the guy brings my food to me but says nothing. I mention that it took 20 mins to get my food and he replies, "Oh well!" and walks away. I asked to speak to a manager, and they all ignored me. Even the guy with a shirt and tie who looked like a manager looked at me and ignored me!
This is pathetic and terrible customer service. Obviously, we are no longer considered customers of McDonald's but simply a number that doesn't need any customer service.
Remember when going to the golden arches was fun and looked forward to it. People at the registers welcome you in and ask for your order and how they could help you? Long gone are those days.
Beware of this restaurant, they give terrible customer service and won't respond when you simply want to talk to the manager about an issue you're having. I even wrote corporate, and they sent out an automated response and sent it to this resturant who then never responded to me. Of course, they didn't! The manager at the store wouldn't even talk to me. Why would I ever think that they would call me and apologize or offer some sort of remedy? They don't care, that's why! They just want to throw the bag out the window and send you on your way or better yet make you wait first then throw it at you and send you...
