This place has no sense of custumer service. On Sunday I decided to get some good Chinese good according the review they were good. I was fooled by the good news online. We come in and we are not even greeted at the door or at the counter. As we sat down I overheard the two employed him the circus music as we walked by. They were disrespectful . The two people working in the front were too concern about their phone and not the customers. We figured they were going to come toke our Oder but no .... They paid us no mind for about five minutes to eight minutes. We got up and asked do we place our order at the counter or are you going to came to us. The lady looked at us and said oh you place it here. I decided to order the crispy noodle with a side order of sea food wanton and chicken satay with and egg drop soup. The food was horrible. The crispy noodles looked like they just came out of a bag and cold. The chicken and vegetable was tasteless. The thing looked like a soup. The chicken satay should be called onions with chicken . It was tasteless not well presented nor made. The chicken fried rice was bland and The wonton overlooked and stuffed with little bits of imitation crab. They should label their food properly...... Imitation crab wanton. The sweet tea was water down and no taste. The wantons were the only thing that was good from our meal. They should rename it to take out fast food restaurant. The lady at front did not even check my credit card name see if it matches my Drivers license will not recommend this place to my...
Read moreThis is my regular go-to place for Chinese food. From the outside, and perhaps from first impressions on the interior, it may not seem like PF Chang's, but believe me there's more than meet's the eye. The prices are decent compared to other locations, and they have good lunch deals. The food is something I can't complain about at all - it's always been delicious, and never had any issues with my orders. The consistency of quality has made me come here again and again. Some people complain that you have to use cash, but recently they put in a rule that you can use cards for orders over $10. Besides, I have no problem stopping by an ATM machine on my way to work.
Service is also good, especially if you're a return customer. I used to go here a lot between 2006-2009, and then moved away because of job difficulties. I got a job in the area again last December, and decided to stop on by here. Believe it or not, they not only remembered my name, but as soon as I walked in were like, "Hey! Where ya been?" I don't expect every restaurant to be able to do that, but the fact they were able to do it here tells me they care about their return or regular customers. Definitely highly...
Read more6/4/17 - 10 AM - Ordered take-out on 6/1/17. With a small tip, total was $24.85. Well, this morning, the debit hits my checking account for $1,024.85. The cashier decided to give himself a $1,000 tip. One extra zero when entering a tip is a mistake, not three. Been a life-long customer there, my whole family likes their food. Well, not any more... Called my bank's fraud department this morning, had to cancel my debit card, and dispute the charge. Will update this review once I speak to a manager there...be careful and check your debit/credit cards. Need to find a good Chinese place again...geesh.
UPDATE 6/4/17 - 1 PM: Went by the restaurant. They explained that their credit card reader had been malfunctioning/sticking and that caused the error when they entered my tip amount (apparently I may not be the only person this had happened to recently...). They had already reversed the $1,000 charge (the manager caught it Friday morning) - they had the receipt showing the credit to my checking account already printed out and next the the register. The first round of damage had been done already, but the were very honest...
