This is, by far, the slowest, rudest, Starbucks location I've visited. I don't pass on a starbies when I see one (addiction, ugh) but this place I will now avoid entirely.
I live 3 blocks away, so it's pretty frustrating. The new staff, 2 women in the morning, haven't a clue what they're doing. Messing up drinks almost every time, not reporting missing ingredients or using ingredients in the drink to substitute without asking. Not greeting customers as they walk in the door or even ask what name they're waiting on. They also work at a snail's pace and are completely unapologetic about it. When you have 12-15 people waiting in your lobby, it's time to pick up the speed.
I have had to request 4 refunds from this location, and my fiancé has had to request 2. Six refunds because of missing or incorrect ingredients that they are (according to their corporate office) supposed to report daily.
The previous morning employees, I believe, now work in the afternoon, and I also believe one may have been promoted. They were awesome, professional, friendly, and even if mistakes were made, they held themselves accountable. It's frustrating that these two regular morning girls...

Was dedicated to good coffee. Very odd experience in this store, three capable young lady’s behind the counter. While most of the interaction was off putting and unwelcoming. I was disheartened by the few things they did verbalize amongst themselves such as “ that’s not worth my energy”. Really didn’t seem like we’re having a good day. Guess they forgot to ask for my name, I forgot that was apart of ordering. So I found my drink just sitting on the counter top. I have months of conferences booked in that area. Guess I’ll just stick to...
Read moreIf you go to this store, make sure Aiden is not your barista unless you want an extremely poorly made drink. He’d rather be flirting with his coworker than helping the ONE customer in the store. I am regular Starbucks customer (not this location) and always get a shaken espresso, which is literally the easiest drink to make. (Press the button for espresso, pour it over ice and shake it, pour it into a cup and top it off with milk). Aiden couldn’t even shake the espresso and just poured it into a cup with milk in it. If he is putting this little effort into my simple drink, I’m sure he’s skipping out on steps for yours too. Don’t expect any type of good customer service either because that surely...
