Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Normal

NEVER ORDER FROM THE DOMINOS ON COLLEGE AVE in B-N IL. I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery Saturday night & neither had ANY TOPPINGS on them at all. I was essentially charged $30 for $2 worth of BREAD. I have alerted the staff at my hotel (BW Premier) not to order from this location & they are going to post a sign in the front lobby warning all other hotel guests NEVER to use this Dominos. They skimp & cheat on toppings & my attached pictures show 1 piece of chicken was actually the entirety of the contents of my chicken sandwich. $30 for bread? No way! Avoid this place cuz literally Totinos Frozen Pizza Poppers would be better. I politely requested a refund Saturday night & they hung up on me. Management is a clearly lacking integrity & maturity here.

Really good pizza for a great price. They always amaze me with how fast they have the pizzas done. Other places in town tend to take twice as long as domino's so it's super nice being able to get it fast. The cinnamon bread things are fantastic as well and so are the rest of their none pizza stuff. Probably a lot of bad reviews are about getting the wrong pizza but honestly it's not that hard to check before you leave the store or once it's delivered. Even if they do mess it up they can make a new one fast. The parking lot can be confusing for some since people think they can just go around the building to exit but that just gets them to the...

Dominos post COVID has gone down the tubes. Asked for extra cheese and this is what I got. This fresh pizza looked like it had been sitting for three hours. Asked the manager Samantha what she could do about it and her only offer was that she measured things out. With customer satisfaction a clear priority for them, they will do amazing (sarcasm). Either way, between the brain dead managers, lousy customer service at Pizza locations and terrible tasting pizza, it was nice knowing you Domino's. I'm off to Casey's, because somehow even gas station pizza tastes way better than this cardboard you are trying to pass...
