This was my first time going to this DD location. I went here before taking my kids to school, forever long line (but ok). Place my order, screen was out (but ok), get to the window to place my order and pay. T lady told me to wait a min while I thought she was collecting my order together she was putting together someone else’s order and adding to my time that was already depleting for my kids to not be late to school. I gather my ordered items and down the road I go, only to discover she ordered my coffee wrong. So after taking my kids to school I drove back and waited in another long line in the drive through, because I have a newborn and didn’t want to bring her inside, for my order to finally be complete and right. No gift card or anything to compensate Me for my wasted time. She did apologize, which was nice but even Starbucks and Chick fil a give out gift cards for inconveniences. Read moreI love the drinks, haven't tried the food yet so can't say much about it, and I love their inside as well. One thing I would recommend, which is what so many people get angry about and for some reason, you're oblivious to see, is that when we ask for light ice, the cup is half full of ice which i would call normal amount and when we say nothing about the ice, it's almost always full of ice thus leaving no coffee/drink to even have and when we take the first drink with either circumstance, it tastes like pure water with barely any flavor. I'm not gonna step it up any further than this unless the employees or anyone else wants to but it's something that needs to be considered. And I'll end it with this question. Read moreWent there this morning and I placed a mobile order for literally one iced latte. When I went up to the speaker I said "Hi, I have a mobile order for _." The girl goes "huh, for who", with all types of attitude, so I repeated myself with attitude back because I was so confused. When I got to the window nobody was there and I waited almost 10 minutes to get my latte. Normally, I wouldn't mind the wait, but I already got attitude from the worker and I was the only one in line. When she finally gave me my coffee, I said thank you and she said "yup", and as I was driving away I said fix your attitude. I will not be going back to this dunkin, especially at this time in the morning, the staff is rude, which I don't understand, because they weren't busy at all.
