This is for the Wendy's on Market Street in the Pilot truck stop. Stopped there on 6/2 to pick up 2 large Frosties. 2 vehicles were ahead of me in the drive through. I was in that drive through for over 45 minutes and never did get the Frosties. The vehicle right in front of me must have been very interesting. The person (female) at the window leaned out frequently to converse. At one point they were either discussing manicures, rings or both as both were leaning through their respective windows and the woman in the vehicle was pointing at her fingers as was the Wendy's employee. Drinks were finally handed through to the vehicle and it moved ahead. I pulled up to the window and watched ice cream being dispensed. It was run out to the other vehicle by the same employee who casually walked back to the Wendy's entrance while apparently texting on her phone. I still was not acknowledged at the window. I did see a man walk out with a drink who had walked in about 30 minutes earlier. After sitting at the window with no acknowledgement for 12 minutes I left. As a side note, I drove across town to the Wendy's on College Ave. As I pulled in there were at least 3 vehicles that had ordered and I was the 4th vehicle in line waiting to order. It took 8 minutes for me to get through the line and receive my order. After which I shared with the very competent employee my experience at the Market Street store and asked her to share it with her manager. THAT Wendy's gets 5--count 'em FIVE...
Read moreUpdate: I genuinely don’t know how this place hasn’t been closed down and demolished. The employees are the absolute bottom of the barrel. I decided to give them a shot because it had been long enough that there had to be new employees and things may have changed. Nope!! Lobby locked so you’re forced to go through the drive thru and then when you go in the drive through it’s almost like they try to wait it out to see if you’ll leave before they say anything.
It’s genuinely as if they’re trying everything they can to minimize the work they have to do by making it as hard as they can for you to order. I didn’t check but I’d guarantee that they’ve turned off mobile ordering too. There’s no way this location is profitable what so ever. With how badly this location has gone downhill I doubt they’re even able to cover the cost of the subpar employees they have, much less be profitable.
The best thing the owner of this location could possibly do is fire everyone, demolish the building and build something else in its place. I will never give this location a shot ever again and I will tell everyone I know as well.

Read moreThis place sucks. Everyone else is open for walk up or order in except these fools. They want you to pay a delivery service of pay 7% handling fee to call ahead.
So, I try again, one month later. I call ahead. I ask if the dining area is open. I was told they were. So I walk up, in the sun and heat. When I arrive, the doors are locked. I go around and stand in the drive through, as they have made people do before. They won't serve a walk up. They blame being short handed, which is the excuse they always give when they screw up. Wasting my time. It is constant with these people.
So months later I give this place another try. Dining room closesd, walked up her for no good reason. Tried to call, but they can't be bothered to answer the phone. Corporate needs to come in and do a reset. Staff sitting in dining area pretending they don't see customers. And why not put a sign on the door saying the dining room is closed. Please just go out of business so something decent can move in.
Another couple months after the last fiasco and I decide to try their breakfast. But the doors are locked. So I go back home to order, at higher prices. I get my order and it's completely wrong.
