Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Norman

I'm a firt time customer and consumer to Nothing Bundt Cakes. My purchase was somewhat of an impulse buy as I entered the store with some other collegues. Originally, I had no intention of buying any cakes, simply because I didn't need all of the extra sugar and calories; however, as you can tell my willpower to make better eating choices fell to the wayside.

The staff was quite friendly and was very polite and helpful. There were so many choices and I'm sure each of them are delicious in their own right; however, I tend to like lemon deserts so it didn't take much persuasion to decide what I was going to purchase.

I had just finished luch before entering the store, so my plan after purchasing this was to wait a few hours before enjoying it. I'm not sure how I managed to hold out for another three days, but I'm sure it had something to do with returning to the store the next day to buy three more bundtlets for the rest of my family who were back in Iowa. After telling them about the store over an evening phone call, I was convinced to return the next day and buy my wife and two children a cake of their own to enjoy.

The cakes made it back to Iowa with me where each family member looked forward to their own special treat. They were a hit with everyone. While there are no locations close to where I live, I may consider stopping into a Nothing Bundt Cake store in the future when I'm in a location where they...

I purchased 3 bundtlets on Tuesday July 12 and the look of them are horrible. I moved to Norman from North Oklahoma City recently. I have purchased these cakes (large & small) from the Memorial location for years. They are always consistent with size, taste and appearance. I have always known what to expect and I was never disappointed, I have visited the Norman location twice and both times I was disappointed. The cakes are small, lopsided, the bottom has folds and the appearance is just ugly. I. Purchased them for people at work but was too embarrassed to take them. Do Better by your customers but no worries you will NEVER be given the opportunity to service me again. IM DONE!!!!!

I’d leave zero stars if I could.

The Norman location needs a class on professionalism and basic manners. I ordered delivery about a week ago to be delivered today to my daughter and her roommates for Bid Day. It was not delivered this morning as scheduled. The staff blamed it on the delivery service which apparently is a separate vendor.

One of the staff members said if I had my daughter call her with availability then she would deliver them herself. My daughter called and no answer. When I called to ask for a refund, the staff member treated me like it was my fault. She said nobody called and they already sent the refund. She gave no apology but plenty of attitude.
