Worst customer service!!! I walked in and got a flat bed cart from the entrance where the shopping carts are. The young man working that area saw me, asked if I needed help with something and I said no that I just needed to get some mirrors. As I am walking towards the back of the store another employee asked if I needed assistance. I again repeated that I was just needing to select some mirrors. When I arrive at the mirrors a third employee asked if I needed help and I said no that I was getting some mirrors that were too large for shopping carts and she proceeded to tell me that the employees needed to assist with the flat bed carts so I said ok, ill choose the mirrors I want and you can walk the cart up to the cash register. She stood there while I looked at the mirrors, I selected one, got it off the shelf and put it on the flat bed and turned around to continue shopping for mirrors and she came behind me took the cart and the mirror I had selected and disappeared with them. I stood there waiting for her to return for my additional mirror selections and she did not!! So I left the store, and on my way out she saw me and said, "you can't push the flat bed carts" to which I replied that I had no intentions of pushing the cart after she told me about the store policy, I did however intend to purchase mirrors before she disappeared with the mirror and cart. I will not be returning or shopping at this store as they clearly have no training in...

I am a very big person to go to Home Goods. I however will not be going back. I saw a huge white cement planter that was beautiful. It was originally $199.00. I was not going to pay that. I waited and waited and it came down to $49.00. I went back to get it and it was $45.00. I took the slip and went to the front and paid for the planter. I was in my car and it was to heavy to go in the trunk. I said i would pick it up tomorrow in my truck. They have an option of " Pay to hold" i filled out the paperwork, purchased the item and made sure they processed the item. I go back the next day with all the paperwork and my truck, to be informed they forgot to pull it off the floor. I had the original price tag the receipt and the truck. They sold my planter to another person. I did get my refund and a $25.00 gift card. I wont be going back. This poor customer service and they are very unreliable. DO NOT DO THE PAY FOR HOLD.
