The food is OK. The customer service and employees could use quite a bit of work. I tried to order food here through the app and they canceled it while I was driving over after they charged my card. I was not aware of this until I was already in the store. I asked them to remake the sandwich in person at this point. The employee seemed lethargic and disinterested. They didn’t have the bread I was hoping for because I guess they burnt it. They were also out of roast beef so the sandwich I ordered had to be tweaked. After it took him almost 10 minutes to make my sandwich, they told me that they can’t take my card ( which I reiterate, they already charged once) and said I should’ve seen the sign which was scribbled and pen and take to the door where you can barely see it. Especially since I thought my food would be done already through the app. So I didn’t think to read the signs since I didn’t need to know about new deals or other information. Thankfully, I had cash. Lastly, they just threw a bunch of crumpled up napkins in the bag. Not the biggest deal, but it just again chose their lack of professionalism. Overall terrible service. Read moreThis is the first negative review I've ever given a Subway usually they are wonderful kind attentive and don't mind bending the rules a little bit or at least following the rules to begin with, but this trip the person had a poor attitude they were closing up a full hour early so my fiance didn't get one of his favorite ingredients that is only seasonal so it's not something you can have year-round around I'm not overly upset about that just disappointed and then there's the extremely poor customer service it bugged me especially since she was Snappy that she was closing in an hour, so how dare I ask for a normal ingredient ina sandwhich, she was already putting up ingredients how difficult would it be to not put up ingredients for the food which you serve until closer to your actual closing. Read moreI eat subway very often about 4 times a week due to the healthy options to put on a wrap. Just about every evening that I go in, I am greeted by Eithen. A very nice young man that is always smiling and engages well with customers. Not only am I impressed by his attitude but I am floored by his communication with when making the sandwich “please tell me when, on the sauce” “would like like more or less? “ these kind of things are so helpful. I know this is just a subway but from a business standpoint, if everyone ran their company and orchestrated themselves like Eithen they would all be very successful. I have had terrible experiences at other subways in Norman. Where the employees looked like they wanted to kill you lol. Not at Main Street!!!
