I could go on all day as to why not to do business with this store. I'm not saying all Jared stores are bad, however this is my experience with this store. I bought my wife an engagement ring and the lifetime warranty. I was happy and excited. Everything was great until my wife brought the ring in for a routine inspection to meet the terms of there warranty policy. They said it would take a couple days because she wanted her engagement and wedding ring soldered together. Seemed normal and standard. well after a week had past I called and the person stated that it should be ready by the end of the day. And that they were running behind do to staff call outs. So I said ok. Before driving an hour to the store I called to varify that the ring was ready and the person told me they couldn't find my wife's ring. Keep in mind the store has been open 15mins, Since the day before. They told me they would have to call me back. Two hours later the store manager calls me and says that they need to order my wife a new ring because they broke it while inspecting it. At this point, I'm not upset that broke the ring, I'm upset that the lied to me for two weeks before telling me the truth. The only reason they told me the truth was because they couldn't find my wife's ring at any other store in the country and that they would have to have the manufacturer recast a new ring. This would take a minimum of one month. So after getting to the bottom of it, we ordered the new ring through the manufacturer. 2 months had gone by and we finally have the ring. Jessica called us in to come pick it up. So my wife stop by one day after work. And she had the guts to try and scam my wife for twenty dollars and say that the lifetime warranty I bought doesn't cover the new ring. My wife repeatedly stated that "Jared destroyed my ring, I didn't want a new ring but now your charging me $20 for your mistake". Well Jared of north Attleboro, that was the last straw. I have spent nearly $10k with you last year and you will never see us again. Or anyone else if we can help it. Your all a...
Read moreWe first bought my ring back in 2021. The woman my fiancé and I worked with was extremely pushy. She rushed my fiancé to open a credit line and to find a ring. She was super persistent to the point I asked if we could just have a few minutes. I remember seeing a couple working with a salesperson and she was so patient we even made a comment how we wish we got her instead. Our salesperson didn’t take her time with us at all going over the different options that Jared offered. I picked out a ring I liked but didn’t love and I told her that. She said that if we got the ring we could trade it in at anytime and get the value of the ring towards another ring in the future and this was something only Jared offered and made sure to tell us we needed to get a real diamond because that’s the only way we can trade it in. After she said that we went forward on purchasing the ring because of the trade in program we thought Jared offered. A year letter I convinced my fiancé to go back to Jared to see if we could trade in the ring. We found out the woman we worked with was no longer there (because of how she treated customers) which was a relief to us. When I told the salesperson what we were told and would like to trade in the ring to pick out something else, she informed us we would have to spend DOUBLE what we already spent to even get our value back for the ring. We felt so lied to. I am now stuck with a ring I don’t love because of a sales woman lies and pressure tactics. I don’t even wear the ring anymore and was hoping to just sell it at this point because we are not happy with it. We do get it inspected and the rest of the salespeople are nice and great to work with especially when it comes time for my rings inspections. I hope a manager could reach out to hopefully resolve this issue and try to honor what we were told...
Read moreCame to this location to try on rings due to the great reviews my boyfriend and I read. Needless to say the reviews did not match our expectations. Upon walking in we were met with judging looks from the sales associate up front. No conversation initiated by staff, I had to initiate and explain why we were there. I explained the type of ring I was looking for and we were pointed to a case of a few rings. The vibe wasn’t welcoming we both felt uncomfortable asking to try a few on and asked a few different questions that were essentially shrugged off. The sales associate seemed so incredibly disinterested in us and our potential business, which was a terrible feeling considering this was the very first spot we ever went together to try on rings. Needless to say I cannot see ourselves ever giving business to this company, or this location at the least. We went to Kays inside the mall across the street instead and had the most beautiful interaction and the excitement of shopping for rings came back. If you are a young couple excited to begin the journey of ring shopping, do not bother coming to this location because it’ll leave you feeling...
