Starbucks — Restaurant in North Augusta

A fine Starbucks in an unlikely place.

Led here by a random Google for some decent coffee in an unfamiliar town, I was surprised to find myself at a Kroger grocery store - but all was well, for this 'bucks proved to be every bit as comfy as any "proper," standalone location. Which is to say: good coffee, good atmosphere, good folks; just in a grocery store (it proved convenient for me, as it so happened, because I needed some food and stuff afterward). Actually, this Starbucks visit was especially nice, first when they ran out of grande cups and so gave me a free upgrade, and, second, simply from the particularly warm barista and the super-relaxed vibe.

When all was said and done, I was glad I'd been Googled to this Star-Kroger, for I really enjoyed my time there. I'm thankful to the staff, who made possible this positive experience. Keep up the...

So the people here are nice enough, but this place is so inconsistent and sometimes so very very slow! It’s aggravating when you place a mobile order and can’t pickup your coffee unless you are in the drive through. I’ve been here 10 min and the line has only moved up one car. Meanwhile, I placed my order 20 min ago. I get not being able to stay and drink in the store but why can you come into the store and grab your coffee some times and you can’t. Yesterday morning I was able to just walk in and today I have to wait in this super long line for so far 10 min and little progress. If I hadn’t already ordered my drink, I’d be gone!...

Went in on a weekend and was so empty, thought it was closed for a moment at like 5 pm. Ladies were friendly. Ask for a Pink Drink and informed me they were cleared out bc of the Master’s Week rush they just had. One of the employees stopped to inform me that they just got a shipment and they were going to see if they had what they needed to do my Pink Drink. Sure enough she came back to the front with a smile and asked what size. This place was clean even after a rush and well organized. Great customer service. I will be going here whenever I am...
