Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Bergen

Every morning that I come here, THEY GET SOMETHING WRONG! No matter what drink I order, too. I thought if maybe I order it instead of my boyfriend, they’d get it right, but NO. I could order with such a clear emphasis on how I want my drinks made and they always forget something or make it wrong. I ask for one lemon in a tea, there’s two/three. I ask for whipped cream on my Iced Coffee, there’s none. After I’ve already paid, I have to take my card/money out again to pay the up charge for whipped cream. I order decaf, and I can’t tell you how many times they’ve given me regular coffee. I ordered a refresher with strawberry bobas and they up charge me for it, but there’s no bobas in the drink.

Today I order a medium BLACK TEA with two cream and six sugars. CLEARLY you can tell this isn’t tea, it’s coffee. Which again if I drink coffee, it must be decaf. I come here every morning because it’s right before the exit I take to work but at the same time, I don’t know why I continue to come every morning. It’s just ridiculous, they seem more worried about speed...

This is my go-to Duncan. The staff working in the morning are really nice and friendly and are usually on point (but we are human and make mistakes) Since Covid the drive thru can really get backed up so it can be a problem if you are running late and want to grab something quick, if you go inside it seems like all the attention is going to the drive thru so that could also cost you a few minutes. But overall a good place to grab a coffee and a snack/donut/food of your choosing and be on your way. Drive thru is hard to get out of sometimes because trucks from the adjacent tire place are always coming and going so don't be surprised if it takes a few minutes to get back on...

I stood on line and ordered a coffee, she served me the coffee from the top of the coffee machine not from the fresh brew , yet she served from the fresh brew to the other two customers before me. Then as I was waiting to pay, I see flies flying all over the donuts, all over the bagels, sitting on top of them. My eyes made contact with another customer and he's eyes were following them we both shook our heads. When he went to pay he said I'll take the coffee but not the donuts. I paid for my coffee and took a sip, it was like I thought it would be bitter and burned flavor. Shame, I love donkin' Donuts in the early morning before...
