Absolutely stay away. This is a completely money-focused hotel, customer satisfaction is zero, they focus on nothing but money. They didn't let us in until very close to our hotel arrival. They made us wait a long time. They took a $200 deposit for each room. They took a $400 deposit even though the hotel price was $300. This is unheard of. They started harassing us at 10:00. They knocked on the door repeatedly, called us numerous times, and pressured us to leave. We were completely dissatisfied. Don't go there. It's a disgraceful environment. They ruined our New York holiday because they put so much pressure on us. They harassed us by banging on the door at the crack of dawn to get us to leave. It's a disgusting place. Don't go there. The reception staff are extremely disrespectful and rude.

Ordered breakfast the Classic bacon, eggs, toast and potatos … the eggs looked like the eggs I had the day before on the buffet. Toast were Berely toasted. You just feel left over when you go there. Kinda feel like its about to close or smth.

No hay desayuno incluido y el que venden esta pésimo, la mesera muy descortés, pedí mi pancake y me lo trajeron primero quemado, pedí que me lo cambiaran y me trajeron uno no tan quemado pero crudo y aun asi me lo cobraron.
