Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Bergen

Managers and drive thru people seem nice and polite but I’m done eating here and Taco Bell as a whole my problem with them and many other fast food places is the up charge to everything added but then give you the minimal even though you’re paying for it and it’s not the first time and only Taco Bell to do this to me for example ordered I grilled stuffffed burrito with the melted cheese on top with chicken so got up charged for the chicken and literally had 3 pieces of chicken in it. All I bit into in the beginning was the small chips and rice opened it up and to my unpleasant surprise only 3 slices or small pieces of chicken at the bottom called the store 5-6 times and no response. The restaurant is a very nice and simple restaurant. Driving towards the restaurant is difficult because the road that leads into the restaurant parking lot is dangerous. Everybody honks behind me and I have to make a quick right to enter the parking lot. The food is tasty and delicious on a good day. Overall the atmosphere is not noticeable but not something to complain about. It's pretty normal. Now the service is friendly. They look at you in your eye and assist you. With that treatment I feel like it is very admirable. I am a very perspicacious individual and I look a little details. Overall the restaurant is a good place to eat. 10:45Am, and the line in the drive thru did not move one car for 10 minutes. So, I back out of the drive-thru line (since I couldn't even get to the Order speaker), and decided to go in. There were only 4 people in front of me, and all of them were waiting for about 5-10 minutes without being helped at all (2 guys in front of me said it, along with the family in front of them). This is the most ridiculous display of customer service I have ever encountered. They didn't even acknowledge the people at the counter, who loudly said they have been waiting for 5-10 minutes.
