Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Branch

I placed an order online and tracked it with the tracker app. It took 30 minutes for him to get across the street with it. North Branch, MN to Budget Host Inn North Branch MN. He gave me icing but no Cinnamon twists. They don't honor their Domino's insurance policy. They just sent me a 20 percent off coupon to use online. Don't even have Domino's where I live. Why would I want to spend more money at their place when I wasn't satisfied the first time? I won't be going online to order from them anymore when I am in North Branch MN. I wrote this review 2 years ago and today 9/15/2022 I get a response from Domino's??? How lame is that? Like that's going to encourage me to go back. They send me a coupon code to use. There isn't even a Dominos Pizza in the town I live, I don't even know where the nearest one is to be honest. Not going to go out of my way to find one when there are so many other options available. We ordered 3 pizzas and 24 wings for delivery. We got 3 large yesterday's leftovers "cold and dry" and the barbecue wings came as dried up chicken nuggets cut in half covered with cheese. Completely unrecognizable. We called to complain the manager argued with me and put the blame on us. We will never order food from them again. Absolutely disgusting./////// I'm back with an edit because you can't respond any other way. So I'm guessing the owner response is Dave. Not that it matters but 20% off wouldn't change my mind. We constantly have bad service and cold pizza. I'm a business owner myself and I will tell you this much one bad manager will kill your business. Employees will not be as productive and customer service has taken a hit in this case. It seems like everytime that I order from the North Branch, MN location the estimate for time to delivery is always twice as long as any other location that I order from. It says 30 to 40 minutes but I am now going on about almost 75 minutes and still no food. The branch is located just over a mile away from where I work and I can drive there in about 5 minutes tops. The delivery drivers always say to not trust the app for time frame but I have no issues with time frame when ordering from other locations near my house. I am now to the point that I can not recommend this location due to the consistent lack of consideration from the employees.
