Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in North Carolina

I ordered 3 smoothies through doordash. 1 Acai Berry Boost, 1 Detox Island Green, and 1 Watermelon Mojito. The Watermelon monitor had barely any Watermelon flavor and absolutely no mint flavor to it. The Detox Island Green tasted like ice and ginger. It also smelled like a Christmas tree. When my friend called about the smoothie I ordered for him, he said the woman he spoke to was rude and told him there was nothing she could do because she didn't make it. I had already reached out to Doordash, but they couldn’t give me a refund because it wasn't their fault. Very frustrating. I love this chain - the chicken Cali club wrap is one of my favorite lunch items anywhere. But this location needs help. I came here a few weeks ago and ordered the Chicken Cali Club wrap to go. When I started eating it, I realized they left off the garlic basil mayo, which is what makes it so amazing. I was really bummed, but decided to give it another shot today. I specifically asked them if they had the basil mayo "in stock" to remind them to put it on this time. They did, but then they left off the avocado! I had to go up and ask for some to put on it. They gave it to me but without any apology or explanation. It wasn't a big deal, but it's really strange to me that they can't make an entree as it's described...

My order wasn't ready at 7:45am like the app said even though I ordered ahead. I didn't get my order until 8:15am. Once I made it to work I realized my order was not correct. I ordered a southwest breakfast wrap with avocado but received a wrap with chicken, pineapple, cheese, lettuce and black beans. I called for a refund and was told I would need to do that online. I checked the app and the online site and was not given an option for refund. I asked when would the manager be in and was told i would need to go online. The guy was the only person in the store.
