The Big Mac Museum McDonald’s in North Huntingdon, PA, is definitely a cool place to check out, especially if you’re into quirky roadside attractions. The museum itself is pretty fascinating. You get to see the history of the Big Mac, a giant Big Mac statue, and all sorts of memorabilia. It’s a fun and unique experience, especially if you love fast food history. But let’s talk about the food and service, which were pretty disappointing. The Big Mac I ordered was cold, and the fries were the same. When you’re visiting a place dedicated to such an iconic burger, you expect it to be hot and fresh. The customer service didn’t help either; the staff seemed pretty disinterested and unenthusiastic, which made the whole experience less enjoyable. Despite the charm and nostalgia of the museum, the food quality and service really need improvement. It’s a bummer because the concept of the museum is so intriguing, and with better food and service, it could be an amazing spot. If you’re a big McDonald’s fan or just love unique attractions, it’s worth a visit for the museum alone. Just don’t get your hopes up about the food or service. In short, the Big Mac Museum McDonald’s is a neat place to visit for the quirky museum aspect, but the food and service don’t match the fun of the exhibits. It’s a fun stop if you’re in the area, but you might want to eat somewhere else before you go.

If you want the most garbage service and food possible go to the Big Mac Museum! To say these people are incompetent is a compliment. Walked in, and already there were people complaining about waiting to be served for 15+ minutes. After about 5-10 minutes of me standing there with multiple employees doing nothing but BSing and staring at everyone in the lobby, I spoke up and told them I’m waiting for my mobile order and that they need to wait on these customer who were here before me because it’s ridiculous. After another 10 minutes we get our food, and this was the Big Mac. How. Do. You. Mess. Up. This. Bad. NO PATTIES. NONE. ZERO. Just some sauce lettuce and pickle on the bottom half, forget any of that on the top half though. So no patties and half of the rest of the ingredients. Also last time I was there I was at the second window of drive thru for 10 minutes and they gave us someone else’s order and then we’re not confused when we told them, then they forced us to GIVE THAT MEAL BACK AND GAVE IT TO THE PEOPLE BEHIND US!! Like i worked fast food, that’s a health violation at its finest. They were also extremely rude to me both times when it was their own stupidity that caused it. The fact a customer has to manage you because your manager can’t is appalling. Needless to say screw this location, go the 2 miles up RT30 to the other one.

I came to to the Big Mac museum on 5/30/24 for the VERY FIRST TIME!! & spent exactly $16.47! It was 11:30am. I got a Big Mac meal, 6 piece nuggets and an extra drink. I was so excited I was gonna eat with the Big Mac! Remind you I’m from connellsville pa, so the Big Mac museum is something to go see.! Well when the MANGER called my number to get my order I saw she put ONLY ONE sweet n sour in my bag! WHEN I ORDER I ASKED FOR TWO! I mean who wants to eat without sauce correct? So I ask as nice as can be for an extra sauce for my fries.. because I don’t use ketchup.. well when I asked she got really smart & jumped over to take someone’s order & said “ Wait I’ll get some for you BUT “AFTER FOUR of them IM GOING TO HAVE TO CHARGE YOU” VERY RUDELY!! Remind you NOBODY ASKED FOR MORE THAN ONE EXTRA SAUCE!! And she only gave me ONE SAUCE to begin with. One for my 6 piece and one for my LARGE FRIE! I normally wouldn’t complain but I just felt really offended, instead we said never mind & left!! So I didn’t get to sit down and eat. And I was disappointed!! I drove over 1 hour to be treated rudely for asking for something!! It would’ve been different if she said it any other way! I literally just asked for ONE EXTRA SAUCE FOR MY FRIES!! 🍟 .. I rather go to McDonald’s in my home town! Atleast they give me an extra sauce no problem!!

A nostalgic trip to McDonald's can be a truly unique experience, especially when you encounter a location that has preserved its history. I recently visited a McDonald's that was unlike any other. It was a journey back in time, not just to the golden arches of my youth, but to a chapter of my life I had almost forgotten. As I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the decor. It wasn't the sterile, modern look of most new locations. Instead, the walls were adorned with old McDonald's memorabilia, a treasure trove of forgotten marketing campaigns and Happy Meal toys. The sight of old styrofoam cups and the original Ronald McDonald gang brought a smile to my face. It was like walking through a museum dedicated to my childhood. The colors, the fonts, the images of characters I hadn't thought about in years—it all came flooding back. This trip down memory lane was particularly poignant for me. I used to be a manager at a McDonald's in Fresno, California, back in the day. Seeing these old artifacts brought back a flood of memories from that time. I remembered the long hours, the frantic lunch rushes, the smell of the fries, and the camaraderie with my crew. This particular McDonald's, with its preserved history, was a testament to the brand's evolution, and it was fascinating to see how far it has come from the days I knew it. This McDonald's was truly "cool" and different from the common stores. It was more than just a place to grab a quick bite; it was a curated experience, a tribute to the brand's enduring legacy. It offered a rare glimpse into the past, a chance to reconnect with memories and a history that has touched so many lives. For anyone who has a soft spot for McDonald's or is simply curious about its past, a visit to a historical location like this is a must. It's a reminder that even the most common things can hold a unique and...

Ok ok ok. . Fore sure last time coming here. . Not busy, but there's a lobby full of people waiting for their orders. . Including me for 20 minutes for a McDouble again. I'm not accusing but for sure there's no way all of these workers are sober. The now serving sign is full of orders being served, however, none are actually coming out. McDonald's workers want 20 an hour. But they only put out one order per hour here.

Ok, last time coming here. . . Going on 20 minutes for a McDouble lol. Figured 3rd time would be the charm. . How is it possible to be this bad?

stopped today due to the good mcdonalds being closed for staffing issues nothing but slow service and someone yelling about someone being on the phone and how someone wanted someone else to come in and close last night but she told them she couldn't. . Hope the food is decent if I ever get it.

Its been 25 minutes and no sign of my food. . Im wondering if they want me to just go back and make it myself. . My wife is in the car wondering if i left her for someone i met in here. my legs are growing tired from standing here side by side with my other soldiers battling this wait time.

Got a "mccrispy" that tasted and had the consistency of a "mcgoodyear". . Changing the oil once in a while may help cause the fries were also dark. . Lady said sorry so I guess that helps. Atmosphere sucks cause there's 4 people waiting for assistance and they like force you to use the kiosk, including an older gentleman who had to go scavenging for help cause he wasn't sure...
